Family Before Fame

Chapter 2

Rylee POV

I keep trying to shake Ross awake. He has tears streaming down his face. Ross keeps crying for 'Romeo and Riker.'

"Ross!" I yell again trying to wake him up.

"Rylee." Ross wakes up and grips my arms.

"Ross what happened?" I wipe his tears away with my thumbs.

"A really bad dream that's what." Ross pulls me down on his chest.

(A:N the dream was only Ross' POV)

"Do you want to tell what happened?"

"Not really can we just go back to sleep?" Ross looks at me with sadness.

"Yea we can." I slide off his body to get back under the covers, but before I can I hear Raelynn cry.

"I'll get her." Ross slides out of the bed.

"Mommy!" Reese starts crying also.

"I'll get him." I tell Ross earning a chuckle.

"Gotta love the kids." Ross kisses my forehead before going into Raelynn's room.

I walk into Reese's room to see him sitting in his crib crying his pour eyes out.

"What's wrong buddy?" I pick him up feeling my stitches tear a bit.

"I hungry." He cries seem to get louder when I put him on Ross and I's bed.

"Ok let's get some milk."

This is gonna be a long night.

I meet Rydel the next afternoon at Starbucks in downtown L.A. and also along with Alexa.

"So how's Ross been?" Rydel ask sipping on her frappé.

"Um..he is holding up I guess." I look off into space.

"Maybe you two should go off to Hawaii for a few weeks or a month without the kids and have some time to yourselves." Alexa suggests.

"Yea and I'll take care of Reese and Raelynn while your gone." Rydel assures me.

"Are you guys sure?" I nibble on my muffin that I got.

"Of course. It can also be you're honey moon." Alexa wiggles her eyebrows.

"Ok we will. Ross and I will pack up and leave next week." I say more for myself than them.

"Let's go back to mine and Ellington's apartment to book you guys a flight and a hotel." Rydel stands up to go.

"Woohoo off we go." Alexa pumps her fist in the air like a little kid does when excited.

*later that night*

I walk into the house to see Ross cradling Raelynn carefully like I taught him to.

"Hey Ross." I hug him from behind.

"Hey babe." Ross looks up at me.

"I have some news." I smile and go to sit down next to him on the couch.

"Oh goodness. Your pregnant again. I knew this would happen if we had sex so soon." Ross freaks out.

"Dude chill out." I take Raelynn from him before he does something.

"Ok I'm chill now. So what's up?" Ross ask.

"So Rydel and Alexa booked us a honeymoon to Hawaii." I show him the plane tickets and hotel reservations.
