Remember the times
When we laughed and played?
Days passed in a caramel dream
The big worries that were asinine and our minds made them larger
Will she say yes?
What about that grade in science?Oh such trifle things now
The empty promises we gave each other remain empty still
The fears once at bay came out and will not stop
Time is running us
Running us into the ground
A cold cold ground as the world continues
Six feet above usRemember the times
