I guess we should start this story from the start. A little girl was born on the 30th of October, 2000. The day before Halloween. She was from the start a very... smelly baby because she had trouble digesting but as time progressed her mother grew suspicious as she had had a previous child called Shane and it hadn't been anything like this. When about three months had passed the mother took Charlotte to the hospital and they did a lot of tests and in the end they diagnosed her with Cystic Fibrosis. CF is a terminal illness that affects the lungs and digestive system. The Doctors said she would probably live to about 20-30. They gave her pills and treatments which she learned to pronounce but it took a while to learn Cystic Fibrosis. It sounded like 'Sixty-five roses', so that's what it was called for a couple years... her mom thought it was cute but hen she had remembered one of the many things the doctors had said that day. The average life span of a person with CF is 37 without a lung transplant. That never ceased to bring her spirits down.
