My 6 Totally Weird Best Friends.

Chocolate Cake. With Frosting.

*Alicia POV*

I woke up in my bed.

NOT AGIAN.

"Dangit!" I moaned...

" 'Ello princess," Nick greeted me sweetly and softly. Just like everytime this happens.

"Do you have food?" I asked, fluttering my eyelashes. My vision was still kinda blurry.

"As a matter of fact, I shoved this granola bar in my pocket this morning!" he laughed.

I downed that granola bar like it was cake.

Chocolate cake.

With frosting.

What kind of frosting?

That's right,

Chocolate. 

My vision was finally clear again and I then realized that Niall, Zayn, Louis, Harry and Liam all were staring at me.

Awkward.

"Umm- hi?" I said, "you guys are like- freaking me out," I laughed wipeing off any crumbs on my face.

"You kind of like, I don't know, blacked out for a while there...?" Louis said. 

"Oh that..." I said, "did you happen to catch me? Or should I expect a big bruise?" I asked Louis.

"I caught you..." he said irritated that I wasn't saying anything about me falling asleep.

"Thank you," I said sweetly and smiled at him. "How long was I out for?" I asked Nick.

" 'Bout an hour," he said, "these 5 wouldn't leave your side the whole time!" he pointed to Niall, Harry, Louis, Liam and Zayn.

"WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU." Louis exploded.

Well then.

"I have a disease, that's all.... I've always had it. It makes me fall asleep at the most random times and I go into a deep sleep within about 5 minutes. Its called narcolepsy... thats why I can't drive, incase I fall asleep," I explained, "no biggie."

Their jaws dropped.

"Oh plus, I get pretty vivid dreams... I'm pretty much always tired and there is no way for me to stop, once I've started to fall asleep. Usually it happens with little warning. hence the reason I fell over earlier. For most people with the disease, they fall asleep several times a day, but for me it only happens once a week. don't worry about it though... its not deadly or anything."

They just sat there, shocked.

"Speak?" I reminded them.

They snapped out of their shock.

"I'm really sorry, Licia..." Liam said, the boys agreeing.

"Hey its fine... Nick is with me 90% of the day... especially now that he's living with us!" I laughed, "so its fine really..."

"What happens if one of us is there and he's not?" Zayn asked, "what do we do?"

"Catch me then lay me down... just let me sleep... even though I'll still be tired and drowsy, it'll still be refreshing," I instructed them, "just like what Louis and Nick did..." I continued.

"Alright," they said together.

"Alright!" I said, jumping out of my bed, "I'm still starved!" 

I ran down the stairs to tell my dad 'hi' and see what was for dinner.

"Hey Dad!" I pipped. 

"Hey hun!" he said.

"What for dinnah?" 

"Raviolli!"

"Yesssssssss." I screeched, running and then plopping onto the couch, turning on the TV to the nearest kid's station.

Cartoon Network baby.

*Nick POV*

The boys caught up to me at the top of the stairs.

"Hey, can we ask you a few more questions?" Liam asked.

"Sure!" I smiled, leaning against the railing, "shoot!"

"How is she still so energetic even with the disease?" Zayn asked.

"Well, I try to keep her energized, which is probably why she only falls asleep unexpectedly once a week, as oppose to several times a day," I said.

"Why didn't Alicia's dad worry about her when he saw she was fainted- or asleep?" Louis pipped.

"He's used to it... he knows I know how to take care of her, so he usually just gets started on making her favorite dinner and dessert."

"Which is?" Liam asked.

Off topic Liam... but okay.

"4 cheese raviolli and chocolate cake with chocolate frosting." I responded.

"How do you know all of this stuff?" Lou asked, amazed. 

"We're best friends, she and I, since  the day we were born. Did you know we have the same birthdays? Yup, that's right, the same day we were born. She was the first person I saw other than my family, and same for her. so, after 16 years, I know her..." I explained.

"Wow..." Harry said.

"Yah- lets go down and watch TV with her..." I laughed.

"Wait!" Lou yelled, "what is she watching?"

I laughed, "probably Cartoon Network,"

"What show?"

"Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends reruns.' I stated.

"We'll see," he said blowing past me, down the stairs.

"HE'S RIGHT." I heard him yell, "HOW IS HE RIGHT."

I laughed and ran down the stairs with Liam, Niall, Zayn and Harry. Once they noticed I was right, they too stared at me in amazement.

"Told yah!" I teased leaping onto the counch, next to Leash.

"Right about what?" she asked confused.

"About what you were watching!" I laughed.

"Oh!" she yelped, "I love this show!"

"He's right about the dinner too! Its raviolli and chocolate cake!" I heard them whisper.

These boys were something different.
