-----
I am a Desert, once,
of thirst and hunger -
uncertainly straying
from the rain;constantly seeking
of a hand
that slips sand
in accident;an advantage
only worthy
for an answered escape;I am sand,
in fear - slipping -
worried to be
without anyone;
alone,
I looked and believed
to be the same as the sun;
shining hotly for hours
before bending down
to the fatigue
of the dark.I am an object once.
A place, twice.
A black void from time to time.But I am once a desert
and its sand -
before you came. #
