Title: "My Sunshine" || Sope One-Shot || A Tale of Misunderstanding and Redemption

YN: I hate her... I hate her... but why?
Hoseok: Why are you trying to be like her? Just be yourself. *He cups her face gently.* You're much...
I slowly pushed open the door to Vedu’s room, my heart pounding with excitement.
And then I stopped.
For a second, I forgot how to breathe.

There she was—my sister, standing in front of the mirror, dressed in the most breathtaking white gown I had ever seen. The delicate lace hugged her shoulders, sparkling beads glimmered under the soft light, and the tiara resting on her hair made her look like a real-life princess.
“Di…” I whispered, my eyes softening with pride and love.
She turned, her eyes wide and glistening, cheeks slightly pink.
“Don’t look at me like that… you’re making me even more nervous,” she laughed nervously, fiddling with the edge of her gown.
I walked closer, holding her cold, trembling hands.
“You look… beyond beautiful. Yoongi is going to forget how to breathe when he sees you.”
Her lips curved into a small, shy smile, but her eyes held uncertainty.
“I don’t know why, but my heart is racing. What if I trip? Or mess something up?” she murmured, her voice shaking slightly.
I cupped her cheeks gently, smiling reassuringly.
“You won’t. Because today isn’t just about a wedding—it’s about you and Yoongi. You fought for this love, you survived through so much… and now, you’re finally getting everything you deserve.”
Her eyes welled up with unshed tears, her lips trembling.
“And if you do trip, trust me—Yoongi will be the first one to catch you before anyone else can blink,” I teased softly, brushing a tear from her cheek.
She chuckled, shaking her head as tears threatened to spill.
“Thank you… for standing beside me.”
I hugged her tightly, closing my eyes as my own tears pricked.
“Always. You’re my sister. And today… I just want you to be the happiest bride in the world.”
Hobi’s Pov
The Hall was full of chatter and laughter, but Yoongi wasn’t even pretending to be calm.
His fingers kept fidgeting with his cuffs, his jaw tight as he glanced at the door every few seconds.
“You know, hyung, you might as well go stand outside the door like a puppy waiting for its owner,” I teased, smirking.
He glared at me, his eyes narrowing. “Shut up.”
“Your eyes are screaming, ‘Where is she? Why isn’t she here yet?’” I grinned wider.
