I picture Hunter as Jude Law and Piper as Emilia Clark (mainly her character from Terminator.)

Piper's POV

I couldn't believe that I was in this stupid shed again. Rick went from acting somewhat calm and nice when he was letting me out to his now aggressive demeanor. What was that about? Why was I in here? I told him all that he needed to know. Why doesn't he understand that I need to go and find my only surviving piece of family left? I just know that Hunter is out there. He has to be.

I slumped further against the cold metal pole that I was leaning on. I could hardly keep my eyes open as I rested my head against the wooden wall and focused on a small bucket on the other side of the shed. I darted my eyes towards the door and then down to my lap. I sighed and closed my eyes, hoping to think of something other than the present.

Flashback

I sat on the couch flipping through channels aimlessly on my brother's T.V. I was waiting for Hunter to get back with our pizza so we could finally eat dinner. I landed on a random cooking channel where a man was judging other people's food. I shrugged and settled in. It was when I heard yelling outside that I muted the T.V and stood up, peering out the window curiously.

Outside was a man pointing a gun at a woman. I couldn't make out exactly what they looked like, because they were about 20 feet away from my brother's house. I watched the scene outside intently. I pulled out my phone and began to dial '911' when I heard a loud gunshot. I gasped to see the woman laying in the street, dead.

Hunter's POV

I peered down the scope of my rifle, aiming at a deer. I held my breath and fired but the buck I had been tracking all morning fled. I slammed my fist down on the tree branch I was sitting on. I slung my rifle over my shoulder and dropped down from the tree with ease. I followed in the direction of the buck in hopes of finding it still alive. I walked through the thick forest quietly, hoping not to find any roamers. They weren't that hard to handle singularly but in packs they were rough.

I kept walking in the direction I saw the deer run. I came across a clearing and saw my  deer getting gnawed on by two dumbass roamers. I pulled out my bowie knife and plunged it into the first roamer's head. Blood splashed onto me as I pulled my knife out. The other roamer sat up and looked at me with the buck's guts still in its mouth. I stepped over onto the other side of the dead deer, now peering over the roamer. He lunged at my leg but I took the bottom of my foot and smashed the roamer to the ground. With my other foot I bashed its head in a few times, making sure it was dead.

I looked up further into the clearing and saw a building around 70 feet away. I grinned and began heading towards the building. It would be great to sleep in a structure for once. I began to come closer and closer to the location. I came across a fence and realized I was at a farm. I hopped the fence and kept walking. I began to notice figures in the distance that were moving awfully quick to be roamers. Three figures ran towards me with guns out. I raised my rifle in defense. The figures stopped running and stared at me, weapons raised.

There were three men about 10 feet in front of me. One was aiming a revolver, another was aiming a shotgun, and the last one was aiming a crossbow. I darted my eyes across them, formulating a plan in my head. I could shoot the one with the crossbow, then take down the two with the guns. I was about to begin my plan when the guy with the shotgun spoke up.

"Put yer' weapon down, son," The bulky man ordered, "And tell us what you're doin' around here."

I nodded and dropped my rifle to the ground. I followed after it and sat on my knees with my hands up. All three of the men approached me. The man with the revolver stood in front of me with his gun still raised. I swiftly grabbed it and pointed it at him. Before I could shoot though, the man with the shotgun hit me over the head with his gun. Then it was all black.
