Piper's POV
Rick led me into a big white farmhouse. I looked around the inside and it was very clean and welcoming. He nodded his head towards a doorway to my right and I limped towards it, following Rick. It was a small bedroom with a full size bed. There was medical equipment and supplies all over the room. Rick helped me sit down on the bed and I smiled at him in thanks. He sat down on a chair that was next to the bed and I looked him over.
Rick was wearing a grey button up shirt and black pants. I looked at his shoes and he had on some sort of cowboy boots. He was a very attractive man, I'll give him that. I heard footsteps approaching the room and shot my head towards the doorway.
A man who looked to be in his 70s walked into the bedroom and began to ready his medical supplies. I watched him and looked at his white hair. The older man had on a white dress shirt and black dress pants.
I watched the older man when Rick spoke up, "Hershel, will you be able to fix up her leg?" The man who I assumed to be Hershel nodded and approached me.
"What's her name?" Hershel asked.
Rick opened his mouth to respond but I cut him off, "I'm Piper."
"Well Piper, I'm going to have to clean your wound, stitch it, and bandage it." Hershel said.
My eyes widened, "Will it hurt?"
Hershel nodded and I covered my face with my hands groaning slightly, "I'll do it now then." I said from behind my hands.
I peeked through my fingers to see Hershel leaned over my leg with a wet cloth which I presumed had rubbing alcohol on it. He swiftly began to dab my leg with the cloth and I gasped in pain. Hershel applied more pressure and I grasped the bed sheets. My leg felt like it was getting stung by an angry wasp. I looked over to Rick who was watching the pain I was in. I looked closer at him and noticed his hand was on his gun. He didn't trust me at all.
Hershel set the cloth down on a tray and grabbed a sewing needle. He began to approach my leg with the needle when I put my hand over my wound, "You're going to stitch it with that?" I questioned incredulously.
Hershel nodded, "Move your hand." I shook my head. This is not happening. Hershel looked to Rick and back at me.
Rick stood up from his chair and grabbed both of my hands in one swift motion, holding them tightly above my head. I fell backwards from my sitting position. Hershel began to stitch my leg and I groaned in agony. I attempted to get my wrists out of Rick's grasp but he was too strong.
After what seemed like hours, Hershel finally began to bandage my leg. Rick dropped my hands and sat back down. I sat up weakly and looked at Hershel, "Thank you."
"You're welcome." Hershel responded and walked out of the room. I turned to look at Rick, expecting him to say something, but he just looked me over with his eyebrow raised.
"Now what?" I asked him curiously.
Rick stood up, grabbed my arm roughly and then led me out of the house, back to the little shed I had been staying in. As I was dragged to the shed I noticed people from his group giving me curious looks. A very large man with a shaved head fell into step next to Rick.
"I got her man, go have a rest." The new man said with a gruff voice. Rick nodded and handed my arm to the larger man, who practically dragged me to the shed.
The large man kicked open the door to the shed and threw me down to where I was sitting previously, and re-handcuffed me to a pole. He quickly walked out of the wooden shed and locked the door, leaving me in darkness again.
