INT. OM HOSPITAL – WAITING AREA – NIGHT

The tension hung thick in the air. Nandini stood frozen. Fab5 was still reeling from Vinod's words.

Then—

Vinod (lowering his voice): "There's one person who might be able to save his hand. But he's not in the country."

Nandini looked up sharply. "Who?"

Vinod: "Dr. George Mathew. The best trauma and reconstructive surgeon I've ever worked with. He's in Boston right now... but I called him. Told him it was you."

Everyone turned toward her.

Cabir: "You know this guy?"

Vinod: "She doesn't just know him. George is somebody who listens to her no matter what. The man trusts her  blindly."

Nandini blinked, stunned. "He said yes?"

Vinod: "He's flying in tonight. He'll be here by morning."

A collective sigh rippled through the group, but the anxiety didn't fully fade.

Dr. George Mathew
A world-renowned trauma surgeon, known for performing high-risk limb reconstructions no one else dares attempt. A Harvard graduate with a reputation for precision and calm under pressure, he's often called "The Miracle Hands."

Currently based in the U.S., George rarely takes personal requests—except this time, for Nandini Murthy. A mentor from her early medical training days, he drops everything to fly in, because if she says it's urgent, it means someone's life—or limb—is truly on the line.

INT. OM HOSPITAL – OPERATION THEATRE – NEXT DAY

Dr. George Mathew walks in—a tall, composed man in his early 40s, wearing deep blue scrubs. There's a calm authority in his step and a sharp intelligence in his eyes.

He greets the staff quickly before locking eyes with Nandini.

George (softly, with a smile): "Still the same, Nandini?"

Nandini manages a small smile. "Still making miracles, Dr. Mathew?"

George: "Let's go make one more."

He turns to the team, instantly shifting to full command mode.

George: "Let's prep for microvascular debridement and controlled irrigation. I want real-time imaging. No room for error."

The OR doors swing closed behind him.

INT. OM HOSPITAL – OUTSIDE OR – A FEW HOURS LATER

The red "Operation in Progress" light flickered. Fab5 sat in exhausted silence. Nandini hadn't moved for hours.

Then... the light turned green.

The doors opened.

George stepped out, slowly removing his gloves.

George (softly): "The operation was a success."

Everyone let out a breath they didn't know they were holding. But his face was still serious.

George (firmly): "The infection's been cleared. Tendons and nerves were reconstructed, and circulation was restored. But listen—"
