Reupdating Part 25

Nandini and Adi leave and reach Nandu place.

Adi: Nandu we reached baccha

Nandu simply goes to her room and locks her door. and goes inside the shower cubicle and stands under the shower with cold water coming from the Shower.

After around 1hr she comes out of the room and reaches Dining table as she knows that Adi will be there waiting for her.

Adi: Nandu you dont have to go to college today you take rest. I know you remember Mom and Dad and also your hand is hurt. So take rest today

Nandu: Nahi ill go to college. Navya needs me now.

Adi: Im worried about you Nandu.

Nandu: kuch nahi hoga. if i dont feel good ill call you then you can come to pick me up.Now you drop me to the college.

Adi: Eat something. You need to take tablets as well.

Nandu: Nahi ill have in the canteen.Lets go

Adi knows she is stubborn so he decides to drop her.

Both get into the car and leave.Adi drops Nandu near  the college as Nandu doesnt want anybody to know about her.

Here in the college canteen we can see Fab5 have entered. Seeing Cabir also with them after so long all of them are staring at Cabir.

Manik: Dont you guys have anything to do.Ya college sirf humko dekhne aye ho aap log. Chalo jao yaha se.

Cabir: Manik its ok let it be. Log tho dekhege hi. Since they knew im a Gay.

Mukthi: Cabir being a gay is not a disease. And there is nothing wrong. Chalo yaar canteen chalthe hai. Im dying coz of this Hangover.

Fab5 reach canteen and order food
Cabir: arey yaar iss hangover ka kuch krna padega, mera dimag fatt raha hai.
Dhruv: Cabir tum dimag k bare mai bath kr rahe ho, i thought you did have one.

Cabor: abey topiwala chup hoja,

canteen boy comes and places there order along with that lemonade and raw eggs for everybody.

Manik: yeh kis ka order hai, mazak hai kya leke jao yha se, dont you know hum Fab 5 hai

Canteen Boy: Sir yeh apka order hai kisi ne yeh bhi apko dene bola tha tho maine rak dia, sorry sir i dont know anything.

Cabir k phone p msg ata hai

Nandini: Lemonade mai raw eggs dalo and usko piyo hangover medicine hai, my friends drink this only and they said its effective.

Cabir: Tum jao yeh humara hi order hai (cabir send the Canteen boy away)

Mukthi: Yeh tumne order kab kia,i did not hear it

Cabir: Nandini n order kia, chalo lets drink the hang over medicine.

Cabir and mukthi mix raw eggs into the lemonade, but the rest 3 are looking at these 2.

Mukthi: Yaar isko kaise pina hai it smells yuck.

Cabir : ha voh tho hai, smell hi itna bad tho taste ka kya hoga, but lets try, ek sip leta hai and he makes disgusting face. Yuck.....

Alia: kahi yeh prank tho nhi hai

Cabir: i dont think so

Alia: how do you know, Nandini tho vegetrian hai na tho usko yeh kaise pta?

Cabir: usne kaha tha her friends use this method, anyway ill try again, aur is baar ek hi shot mai sab kuch pee leta hai

Manik: really Cabir yuck bola phir bhi??

Cabir: abhe chup, already hangover uper se yeh drink, ill come aap log beto

Cabir leaves the place,and rest 4 have there sandwiches and juice.

Cabir walked into the Jan Room rubbing his stomach. "Guys, I take it back—raw egg lemonade actually works. Still disgusting, but worth it."

Mukthi gave him a side glance. "You say that like you discovered penicillin or something."

Cabir smirked and flopped down on the beanbag. "Hangover gone. Self-respect? Still missing. But okay."

Manik leaned against the wall, not saying much. His eyes were casually scanning his phone, but every few seconds, they flickered toward the door.

He hadn't said it out loud, but he was waiting. For her.

Meanwhile...

On the other side of campus, Nandini quietly stepped into the girls' hostel. She knew exactly where to go. Navya's room had always been easy to find — the one that somehow always had music playing, fairy lights blinking, and occasionally loud ranting about Harshad.

Not today, though.

Today it was silent.

Nandini knocked gently and opened the door. Navya sat curled up on the bed, red eyes, tissues scattered everywhere, a heartbreak playlist playing softly in the background.

"Navya," Nandini said softly, kneeling beside her. "Don't do this to yourself."

Navya burst into fresh tears. "He used me, Nandu. All those promises, everything—just lies."

Nandini hugged her tight, stroking her hair like an older sister. "I know, and I'm so sorry. But crying over someone like Harshad? He doesn't deserve your tears. You're so much better than this, Navya."

Navya sniffled. "Why does it always hurt this much?"

"Because you loved honestly. But you'll heal. And I'll be here every step of the way."

Navya gave a small nod, leaning into her.
