I walked into the grand school that I have been going to since freshman year. It sure feels good to be a senior. Even if we're already a quarter into the school year. Every day I think to myself, "Wow Ash, you finally made it to senior year. You gotta make this year count or else you'll regret it for the rest of your life!" Yea, I know. I'm being a little harsh on myself, but it's with good intentions. I've been a good girl all my life. I've never done anything rebellious or out of the norm, but this is my year to change that. This is my final year in high school. It has to be year to remember. It has to be-... Someone cuts off my thoughts by coming and picking me up. A pair of lips crashed into mine, I instantly melted at the touch. Only one person in the world has this effect on me... Jared. I wrapped my arms tightly around his neck and kissed him back. He pulled out and looked me deep in the eyes.
"Good morning beautiful." He says rubbing his nose slightly against mine.
"Morning babe. I missed you over the weekend." I said putting a little bit.
"I missed you too." He said before pecking me on the lips and putting me down. I grabbed his hand and moved closer to him as we walked down the hallway.
"So, what'd you do this weekend?" I asked pulling him towards my locker.
"I hung out with the family. We took Angie to the zoo." He said smiling.
"Aww how cute?" I said smiling.
"Yea, it was fun. It would have been better if you were there." He pulled pulling me in front of him.
"You need some alone time with your family babe." I said poking him in the nose.
"I know. I know. Hey, are you doing anything after school today?" He asked smiling.
"Only my multiple pile of AP homework I have stacked up. Why?" I asked grabbing his hand.
"I wanted to know if you wanted to hang out." He said pouting.
"Oh I can't today, I have so much homework. Tomorrow?" I asked.
"Can't I have practice. The championships are coming up." He said frowning.
"We'll work something out." I said before pecking him on the lip. The bell rang signaling the students to head to class.
"Back off sucker. She's mine now." Em said pushing us apart and pulling me away from him.
"Bye." I said over my shoulder to him. He smiled and waved.
"Did you hear?" She asked excitedly.
"Hear what?" I asked confused.
"About the new kid." She asked pulling me towards her class.
"We have a new kid?" I asked confused.
"Yea, and apparently he's really hot and really mysterious." She said tugging on my arm.
"Yea sounds like he's going to pick up all the sluts here fairly easily." I said with a fake smile on my lips.
"I wonder what he looks like, because everyone says he's really hot." She said smiling.
"How does everyone know and school just started?" I asked.
"News has a way of spreading around this school like wildfire." She replied.
"I guess. Well I should probably be heading to my own class. History here I come." I said with a fake smile on my face.
"Bye." She said. I waved before walking away. I quickly walked to my class, which was a couple of hallways away, before sitting in my normal seat in the back. I know, the back is bad. Well, who gives a flying rat's ass? I surely don't because I hate history! Even though I hate the subject I still have the highest grade in this class compared to all the other students. I'm just good like that. I took out my binder and everything else I needed for class. I started on the bell work he had written on the board. When the bell rang he stood up and opened his mouth to talk but the opening the door cut him off.
