Soo I've got some people telling me I should publish this book... I've never actually thought of publishing my books because they're just a way of me escaping my hell of reality BUT it did get me thinking of possibly publishing this book IF I get to a million reads because I am so close!

Anyway! If anyone has any information on publishing a book would you please message me any details? Because, I never thought of publishing my book BUT it would be cool... So again if anyone has any information I would love for you to share! :D Thanks! and now enjoy this lovely chapter!

Emery's arms wrap themselves around me and they rest on the railing in front of me.

"Success?" Emery questions.

I smile. "Oh definitely," I answer as the wind starts blowing swiftly. The night was surprisingly warm. After the play we walked around the town and finally just stopped here by a river, it was beautiful with all the lights shining down on the water and the wind made everything feel surreal. The play was amazing, like usual, and I loved everything about this night. Even if Emery didn't think this date was anything special, it was.

"So I was thinking..." Emery starts. "I stay here, get a job, and buy my own little apartment after graduation in a couple months," Emery shares.

I look over my shoulder at him with crease eyebrows. "Why don't you just stay at my house? Emery my parents don't mind..."

Emery sighs. "I know but I'm going to be 18 and out of high school and I don't want to be living with you guys. Its your guys' house, not mine. Your parents can't keep feeding me and buying me things. I'm going to be an adult and need to do things on my own."

"College?" I wonder.

Emery shrugs. "I never really wanted to go to college...hell I don't even know what I would go for. Trust me, Cedes, I've got it planned it out. I might find an apartment close by so you know I can still hang out with you and you can even stay over my apartment," I giggle when Emery grazes his fingers over my ribs. "and I'll have a job to make my own money. Lastly, I'll be here with you. No more leaving you. You'll be my first obligation."

"Emery..." I groan as I pout. I don't need him worrying about me.

Emery moves my head to look at him. "Cedes, I haven't been there for you in the past and I want to be here for you, if you let me. I want you to be my first obligation because I owe you just so," Emery explains as he brings presses his warm lips to mine, it was just a quick but yet it held so much love.

"Yeah, you do owe me a lot," I joke and Emery snorts and rolls his eyes. I smile.

"Alright, munchkin lets start heading home."

I pout. "Hey! That was my nickname for you!" I complain.

"Yeah? But look whose the munchkin now," it was true..... I sigh but catch up with Emery. Emery goes to grab my hand but his cast gets in the way, he groans and walks to my other side to only stop when my cast gets in the way. "you know what," he whispers then lazily wraps an arm around my waist, pulling me close to him. I glare at him. "What? I gotta show in some way that you're mine." my stomach flutters and my heart melts.

It was simple gestures like this that just make me go wild. I mean come on you can't call that sweet?! Emery was really trying to show me he isn't the guy he made out to be.. He really is sorry for everything and is trying to make up for it. I know he doesn't have to make it up for me well because him just being here is everything for me.
