Epilogue

Okay, before you guys start reading the last part of this story can I just say a few words? haha. This journey has been....amazing. I love every single one of you guys who stayed around for the ending and who has been here since the very first chapter of this book. I have loved your amazing comments, every single one made me laugh or smile and I felt like you guys were totally hooked on this book. I love it.

Even the people who threatened me about this book or even those who told me this book sucks and I should kill myself. Thank you because if it weren't for your comments, I probably wouldn't have uploaded as much as I have or even kept going.

Emery's P.O.V. (12 years later)

I knock on the bathroom door and shift on my feet.

"Cedes?" I question. "Cedes, please open the door," I sigh and then rest my hands on the side of the door. "Cedes, please," I then pout when Cedes opens the door and she has tear stains on her cheeks. "baby, its okay." I wrap my arms around Cedes waist and hold her against me.

"Its not okay," Cedes whispers.

I bend down to her height and lift up her chin. "How about we watch a movie?" I question as I try to keep her mind off things.

"Can I just clean up?" I nod and give her a kiss then she goes off to our room and I head into the living room. I sigh and sit down on the couch.

Ever since our honeymoon two years ago, Cedes and I have been trying to get pregnant but its just not happening. We've been going to the doctors to see what's going on and they have no idea why Cedes isn't pregnant yet. Cedes been heartbroken by it because you know she's been dying to have a baby. It's hard to watch someone you love go through so much pain.

"What movie?" I ask as Cedes as she enters the small living room.

She shrugs. "Any movie will do," she answers. I nod and turn on the TV, flipping through stations.

"Hey! Are you guys not coming to Cade's?" I move my head away from the TV to see Matt coming in the living room with Miranda. "we were on our way to Cade's when we saw your cars in the lot," Matt explains. I shrug.

"Oh come on! We've barely seen you guys in a week!" Miranda exclaims as she eyes Cedes.

"I'm not up to it tonight but Emery if you want to, you can," Cedes says as she looks over at me.

"Yeah, we'll be there," I say and Miranda grins then gives me a wink.

"Alright! See you two!" Miranda exclaims and Matt gives us a wave and then their off.

"Emery, I don't want to go," Cedes whispers. I stand up and turn off the TV.

"Come on, Cedes, you're always hiding in the apartment. Where's my wife?" I tease and Cedes chuckles.

"Fine but only because you asked ever so nicely," Cedes sarcastically says. I give her a wink.

I finish the beer in my hand and throw it away in the trash beside me.

"So how's Cedes?" Noah asks as he throws away his beer.
