"Levy and Freed!" Lucy's voice cut through the murmurs
"I'm going to need both of you to come with me."
"We'll be searching through the guilds library for the spell!"
"Happy-" She turned to the exceeds
"You three will help us catch up when we found it-"
"Everyone else, split into two teams."
"One to Hargeon."
"And the other, is going to be bait." Lucy continued
"You'll have to lead Acnologia straight to the port and keep him there long enough for us to strike."
"Sounds suicidal," Bickslow muttered
"It is," Lucy admitted
"But it's the only way."
A ripple of silence moved through the gathered mages before Minerva stepped forward.
"Then Sabertooth will lead the charge. We've fought alongside Sting and Rogue for years. If anyone knows how to taunt a dragon into chasing us, it's us."
"Count me in," Olga said with a grin that didn't quite hide his nerves
"I'm not sitting this out either-" Vyra's voice cut in
"Then it's settled." Minerva's lips curved slightly as Lucy nodded
"The bait team will be Sabertooth, while the rest of us and Lamia Scale will split up for Hargeon and the library."
Lucy's eyes swept over the crowd one last time, lingering on Vyra.
"Once Acnologia's on the move, there's no turning back. You'll have to hold out until we're ready."
"We'll keep him busy. Just make sure you bring that spell before we're dragon food Luce-" The bluenette smirked switching into her moonlight form
"I'll paint the perfect picture of victory." Rufus adjusted his hat with a small smile
"Less talking, more moving," Minerva said briskly
"We don't have time to waste."

The air was thick with distant crash of waves over the ocean.
Lector was carrying Vyra as Minerva was with Frosch.
Rufus used his maker magic on himself, Olga and Yukino.
"I'm not quite such how we're going to lure the dragon to Hargon. His magic power is crazy-"
They watched as the dragon viciously attacked the town.
"We can't even attack the thing, nothing we do has effect!" Yukino shouted
"It absorbs all types of magical energy..." Vyra muttered
"So what do we do... to get it to follow us?" Olga questioned
"We have to put a stop to his attacks before he completely destroys Magnolia-" Minerva noted
"I got this my lady-" The lightning mage smirked
"Hey! Acnologia!!"
"I'm right here!!! Come and get me!!"
'If Acnologia isn't in control of his own thoughts, why did he come to Magnolia??' The moonlight mage pondered
"Magic..." Vyra muttered
"Magical energy... with the amount of wizards here right now..." She looked around
