All I see is black. All I hear is a voice, a voice sounding like demonic, like demons whispering in my ear."You know he will never love you. He's just saying that. NO one could EVER love you. Only me. ONLY ME! GET AWAY FROM HARU!"
I woke up in fear, I quickly sat up on my bed and looked around quickly.
"Just a dream." I reassured myself. I began to remember what happened last night... "He likes me..." I got out of bed and saw a note on the table next to my bed.
Hey Kai I'm gonna be out this morning, it's a really big family emergency. I'll be back soon though, don't worry. One more thing, I'm gonna get some food while i'm gone so you don't have to make anything for me.
LOOOOOVE, Haru.
I couldn't help but laugh at the last two words of his note. " Yeah... I know" I smiled and began to head to the kitchen to make myself some cereal. "I wonder what the emergency is though..." I finished making the cereal and put it on the coffee table as I sat down on the couch in our living room.
After I finished my cereal I was about to turn on the TV to watch something when I heard my phone buzz. It was Cici... again.
Cici: Yo.
Kai: How much do you want.
Cici: 50 bucks.
Kai: I told him.
Cici: I can take cash or credit.
Kai: Cici I told him.
Cici: Told him what?
Kai: That I liked him.
Cici: Wait Really? Tell me what happened!
Kai: Gay unicorns and rainbows is what happened Cici.
Cici: Sounds Horny.
Kai: Thanks.
Cici: Wait. We should all have a get-together, me you and Haru :D
Kai: Ummm why?
Cici: Meet me at the mall at 4.
Kai: But the mall closes at 4.
Cici: I know.
Kai: Ok, I'll be there if Haru gets back from his family emergency in time.
Cici: Remember to bring him too.
I put down my phone and looked at the clock. "2 o clock? How did I sleep so late?" I shrugged and carried on with watching TV until 3:30.
"Great, We're gonna be late to go meet Ci-" But before I could say anything else, I was interrupted by the door opening and Haru stepping into the living room. He walked up to me and sat on the couch.
"What did I miss?" He asked without care.
"Well you missed me wondering what the family emergency was and you missed Cici wanting us to go to the mall in 30 minutes, soooo we should probably go very soon... like, now."
"Doesn't the mall close at 4?" He asked, confused about the situation.
"That's what I told Cici, but she ignored me." I looked at Haru with the same expression.
"Damn... she want's me to do this now?" Haru said aloud, obviously avoiding something.
"Do...what?" I asked, feeling oblivious to what's happening.
"You'll know in a bit... we should go as soon as possible."
"Well... let's go now!" I exclaimed cheerfully. I wanted to know what was going on and I wasn't going to stop until I understood everything.
He looked at me after I said that and was surprised at my eagerness. He nodded then started to get up off of the couch as I followed like always.
I wonder what Haru needs to do...
