The morning light shined into my room as I finished making my bed. I just woke up. I was dressed and ready to start classes. That old schedule I got was the wrong one. As I was to have a matching schedule to Carly, I looked on the back of a scrap piece of parchment, meaning I looked at the wrong side. It is complicated but I finally got my schedule down. Pyromancy, Cyromancy, Terramancy, and Necromancy. Then lunch and then the day was over. However, there were other classes that a person could take, such as defense and potion making and how to take proper care of your wand. (Please, get your mind out of the gutter!!!)

I calmly walked out of my dorm, stuff in my bag, Buddy seemed to have left already. Just as long as he doesn't do anything bad and have me blamed on it. Buddy is similar to a freaking ninja spy. Like, he knows what I think I know to be known to be true or false. Which doesn't even make sense even to me! I calmly walked to Pyromancy, walked into the room, took my seat and set my stuff down. Carly was doodling on a piece of lined paper.

"Morning," I smiled cheerfully as Carly turned to me.

"Good morning Brian," Carly responded "Are you ready for that mine during Terramancy?" I carefully thought, remembering the events in Terramancy yesterday.

"I guess so," I shrugged. "As long as I don't die!"

"True," Carly laughed. "I heard that we will not only be clearing out the monsters if any, but also looking out for Power Crystals."

"Is that like trademarked or something?" I asked.

"I think, maybe," Carly responded.

"Damn you OxiCream (Copyright)" I said, shaking my fists, as class started.

Class went by fairly quickly with prizes of completing the quests being handed out. However, Cody, Camady, and I finished really late and we didn't get a prize. Didn't bother me too much, as long as I got a good grade. Next class was Hydromancy or Cyromancy with Mr. Glace ColdWater. There we focused on magical sea creatures. Like SeaMares, ThumpWhales, or something, and Merpeople and Merfolk. I literally almost feel asleep in class, it was boring and didn't understand the things the teacher was saying. I stayed awake and tried to focus, but my mind kept slipping to the Mine Quest today. I looked around as I stretched in my seat as I made eye contact with Rosy. Her eyes were deep in thought as she gave me a small smile. I did my signature peace-sign wave with a wink and smiled back. I looked back to the front of the class as the teacher called on Jack.

"Why don't we harvest a lot of Coralad to make Breathing Potions and the like?" Jack asked.

"Well, think of the dangers this could pose on the creatures who feed off of it! That's taking their food source away when we could simply use the spell Lamellae Spirant!" Carly explained.

"She does have a point Jack," Mr. ColdWater spoke. "But, I do see where you are coming from! You are thinking, which is always good! Remember that we must improve upon past solutions. Sometimes we must make sacrafice or have a compromise as a solution for the greater good."

"I see. But what if we grow our own, um, for a lack of a better term, stash?"

"Jack, this will be the fourth time this month we must raid your dorm."

"Listen, it's legal. I grow my own Coralad. Remember that time, on that quest last year to the Dalkson Depths? You can ask Claire. She was there!"

"True." A girl with shoulder length blonde hair replied. Her eyes focused on Jack behind glasses.

"It was a drop from a Coral Thief." Jack added. ColdWater muttered a few things to himself before continuing.
