Chapter 4

Liv's POV

Me and kate walked into the hotel conference room where the event was being held. There was probably about 300 girls there for the meet and greet. For a surprise meet and greet it was a large amount of people.

We were stuck somewhere in the middle. We were jammin to Habits by Tove Lo when all of a sudden, a large roar came out from the crowd.

"Reeeeeeddd Deemmmiiinnnggggssss" the announcer shouted into the mic. Out of no where, Reed ran up to the first table and started signing stuff and taking pictures.

When we finally reach the top of the table when the announcer well announced Sam and Lance. I was watching them run out when my thoughts were interrupted.

"I love your phone case!" I turned and saw the one and only Reed Deming. I froze for a moment when I snapped back to reality. "Thank you! Omg I'm talking to you!" I practically shouted. People stared at me, oh well.

"Do you have a shawn follow?" He questioned me with excitement. "YES!" I yelled. "ME TOO!" Reed screamed and we high fived. "How did he follow you?" he asked.

Flashback

I'm  sitting on the bus with one of my best friends Amy, we are heading to our last volleyball game of our 8th grade season. We are playing Clay middle school and it was about an hour away and I am extremely bored.

Looking through my playlist, I received a notification from Twitter.

"@ShawnMendes: Tweet #SomethingBigNov7 for a FOLLOW!!"

Maybe I have a chance I said to myself looking at the time, 2:48p.m. Everyone should be in school and it's worth a shot. I kept tweeting the same thing, " #SOMETHINGBUGNOV7 !!!!!! x6" I did about 19 time then I realized I only had 6% left one my phone. "Damn it." I groaned. When I tweeted my last one I got a notification saying I got a new follower.

Wonder who? Note sarcasm.

I clicked a saw who followed me. My heart stopped.

"Shawn Mendes (@ShawnMendes) is now following you!"

I literally screamed and cried and my friends joined me. This is the best day of my life I said to myself. And that night was probably the best game I've ever played.

"Dang, that's freaking awesome!" Reed fangirled. We continued to talk about Shawn and music and how Texas life is when.

"Mr. Deming, sorry to interrupt but you guys are holding up the line." The sweet old security guard said. "Oh yes sir, sorry" we said at the same time and we gave each other a big smile. I noticed the kate was already in the other line, staring at me jumping up and down.

"PICTURE FAM!" Reed yelled and we told a cute picture and a silly picture. "Thanks Bae." I said trying to be cool. "No problem. hey whats your Twitter?" he said walking over to me with his Twitter already pulled up. I told him to hold my phone so I could type my username in.

" Okay here." I said as we switched phones. "Thanks thottie!" he said. I giggled

I started walking over to kate when I realized that my phone was on. What the? It's said.

The pictures that we took we attached to it. He texted himself on my phone?!
