Time Skip

A few days passed, and Y/N was sitting on her bed, scrolling through her mobile... when Tizu walked in...

"Hey, babe. What's up?" Tizu said, entering.
"Online shopping, just trying to find something for Appa on his birthday," Y/N said.
"Yes, his birthday is coming. I also must find something for his birthday," Tiz said and sat beside her, and now they both were on their mobiles.

After a long time spent on mobile... Y/N screamed in excitement...
"Yes, I found it!" Y/N exclaimed and showed a watch to Tizu.
"Wow, it looks awesome," Tizu said, looking at a classic but exclusive Cartier watch.
"You know, Appa always wanted a watch like that, but he would never buy himself something so expensive," she said. Both she and Tizu got emotional thinking about it.
"Look what I found," Tiz said to distract her. She showed her a toolbox set.
"Wow! A toolbox, Appa will love it," Y/N said, and they both ordered their gifts.
"In two to three days, it'll be here," Y/N said, and they both were happy.
"Nice, mine takes five days," Tiz said.
"That's great, it'll be here before his birthday," Y/N said.

One week passed
It's Y/N's Appa's birthday today... So, she asked Taehyung to take him on a long drive somewhere so they could decorate the house a little for his surprise birthday party... To avoid suspicion, the two girls pretended they had forgotten his birthday... She woke up early and followed her usual routine, acting as if she had to go to the clinic, even though she and Tiz had both taken the day off.

"Good morning, Appa," she said, coming down from her room.
"Good morning. You ready for the day?" her dad asked excitedly.
"Yes, today will be a hectic day. Dr. Min has already given a long list of patients who will be coming today so that I may be late. Oh! I'm late. Bye, Appa," she said without looking at him, and rushed out.

Before he could say something, she was already gone, and after half an hour, Taehyung entered...
"Hello Appa. How are you?" he said, looking at the sad Appa sitting on the sofa.
"Hey... fine," he said, looking down.
"Oh-oh, not looking fine to me," Tae said and sat beside him.
"It's my birthday today, but she forgot about it," he said, and Taehyung acted as if he didn't know anything.
"Really? Happy birthday. So, what if she forgot? Let's both hang out together," he suggested, and a smile came across Appa's face.
"That's a great idea," Appa said, looking at him with sparkling eyes.
"You should do whatever you've always wanted to do," Tae suggested.
"You're right, today I will do what I always wanted to do," he said, and they both got up, went out, got into the car, and left.

After some time, when Y/N and Tizu received Taehyung's message, they returned home and started decorating...
"Gosh! It's finally done," Tizu said, sighing.
"Did you put the cake in the fridge?" Y/N asked.
"Yes. Did you order the food?" Tiz asked.
"Done. Did you wrap the presents?" Y/N asked.
"Already in your room. Did you iron his OOTD?" Tiz asked.
"Yes. Did—"
"Enough. Everything is done, now message him to bring him back," Tiz said excitedly.
"You do. I'll go get ready," Y/N said, and she did as she was told.

After one hour, they entered... Appa was shocked to see the decoration...
"Happy birthday, Appa," Y/N said, coming towards him and hugging him.
"Happy birthday, Appa," Tiz said, and did the same after her.
"So, you remembered," he said, making a fake sad face.
"We never forget," she said. He hugged them, and they told him about their plan.

He cut the cake, and everyone enjoyed the feast. After that, he went to his room. Y/N took all the dirty dishes to the kitchen, and Taehyung and Tiz helped her.
"I wish Jungkook would become a part of all this soon, too," Tiz said, looking at Y/N.
"I want that too," Y/N replied shyly. "But for that, he has to talk to him soon," Y/N said, looking at Tae. Tiz also looked at him.
"I'll... don't give me stress," he said, sighing, and went to the living room, sat on the couch, and took a bite of leftover cake.
"Don't ignore us," Y/N said, taking the plate full of leftover cake from his hand.
"Who's ignoring you?" Appa asked, entering.
"Nobody, Appa." She said, and Taehyung took the plate back from her hand. "I was telling him about the presents we bought for you," Y/N chimed in. They both took their wrapped presents in their hands.

"Oh! Presents. Present reminds me—look what I bought for myself today," he said without looking and sat beside Taehyung. And showed them a watch he bought for himself for the first time.
They looked, and it was the same watch that Y/N had bought for her father. Y/N quickly hid her gift behind her and slipped it into a nearby drawer without anyone noticing.
"Oh-oh," Tiz whispered. Y/N looked at her and signaled her not to say anything.
"What? You don't like it?" Appa asked.
"No, I mean—Oh! Wow, it's very nice," Tiz said, hesitating.
"I always wanted to buy this kind of watch," he explained.
"It looks good on you," Y/N said, faking a smile.
"Now show me what you girls got me?" he asked excitedly.
"Here it is," Tizu said, giving him the present she bought. He opened it.
"Oh! Wow, it's great. Thanks, Tizu," he said, looking very happy. "What did you get for me?" he asked Y/n. She looked down, but soon smiled.
"I organized the party for you," she said, and he hugged her.
"I love you so much," he said. "You all made my day, especially Taehyung," he added, looking at him.
"That's nothing," Tae said, smiling and eating the cake again.
"What did he do?" they asked.
"He's the one who told me to do whatever I always wanted to do. So, I bought the watch I always wanted to buy," Appa said.
"Oh, it's nothing. I just told you it looks good on you," Taehyung said, and now both of them looked at him.
"You suggested that?" Tiz asked, grinding her teeth.
"Wow, great," Y/N sighed.
"So smart, Tae," Tiz said, glaring at him. He noticed something was off.
"I'm getting late, I have an important meeting tomorrow," he said nervously, noticing Tiz's unusual look.
"Really? Then drop me home, too," she said, smirking.
"Bye," Y/N said to Tiz. "Best of luck, Taehyung," she whispered in his ear, and he gulped nervously.
"Bye, and thanks both of you," Appa said, and they both went out.

They both went out. He opened the car and was about to sit in the driver's seat...
"I want to drive," Tiz said, and he got even more nervous.
"Did I do something horrible?" he asked, making an innocent face.
"Nothing," she said with a smirk. He handed her the keys, and she sat in the driver's seat while he took the passenger's seat. She started driving.
"Seriously, did something happen?" he asked, noticing her driving rashly.
"Why did you poke your nose when everything was going smoothly?" she said in a soft yet sharp tone.
"What does that mean?" he asked in confusion.
"I mean—why did you suggest buying him the same watch that Y/N saved up for him?" she explained, and he was shocked.
"Oh-oh," he realized.
"We gave you one job, and you... You screwed up, Kim Taehyung," she said softly but with a bit of a harsh tone.
"I'm sorry. How would I know she bought the same watch?" he asked innocently.
"Don't you talk back to me!" she yelled this time.
"Okay, I'm sorry," he said in a low, soft tone.
"Now, do me a favor. Please tell him about us—specifically Y/N and Jungkook—as soon as possible. Don't screw up this time," she sighed, speaking softly again.
"I'll do it. I'll do it this weekend, I promise," he said, almost begging.
"Great. Till then, spend the night with Jungkook. Bye-bye," she said, stopping in front of Jungkook's building.
"But..." he was about to protest.
"Get out quickly," she said, her tone getting louder.
"Okay, bye-bye," he said, making a sad face, and got out. She drove off quickly.
