Chapter 6

Dylan's POV

It was 9:00pm on Saturday and I was getting ready to head over to Chris's party his parents throw him every year before school starts

"Bye mom!" I yell heading out the door to my Porsche. I started the car and drove to Faiths house so I could pick her up. 10 minutes later I arrived. "Hello Dylan" her mom says as she answers the door. "Hello mrs. Evans is Faith home?" I ask sounding a little impatient but we were already 20 minutes late.

"Oh she left with Mike a little while ago" she says and I groan. "Okay thanks" why would she change plans?

I check my phone and sure enough I found three text messages saying Mike offered her a ride. Damn! I was going to be late for nothing.

I got back in my car and got caught in traffic. Really!? Luckily I knew a shortcut. The shortcut is the one where I used to use when I went over Audrey's house. I pass it and notice moving trucks in the driveway. "Hey watch where your going!" someone yelled and I jerked the car to a stop. I see one of Audrey's cranky neighbors walking her dog.

"Sorry Mrs.Hamilton" I say and wait for her to cross the street. I look at The clock and see that I was 30 minutes late. Can't this woman go any faster! When I arrived I see rows of cars in the drive way. I swiveled around them and parked my car near some trees then walk to the backyard where the loud music is coming from.

"Hey Dylan" Ariana says walking up to me. She looked sexy with her tight red dress and she had a great body. "Hey babe" I say giving her a quick peck in the lips. "Have you seen Chris" I ask looking around. There were streamers of different colors and flashing lights everywhere. The blaring music was so loud you had to scream to make a conversation. I see people grinding, drinking, and making out all over.

I didn't even know half of the people here. I follow her trying to get past the bodies touching me. I see Chris, Faith, and Mike near the back and i wave. "Hey man your late" Chris says patting me on the back. "Yeah sorry about that" I say. I turn my head to Faith and Mike but they were sucking each others faces off.

"Hello?" I say and they pulled apart. Faith gives me a glare but I just give her a toothy grin. Faith really outdid herself. She had on a really tight silver sparkly dress and some really high heels "Are you thirsty babe?" Ariana asks wrapping her arms around my shoulder.

"Umm yeah" I say lying. When she leaves I turn back around. "So are you excited about school?" Chris asks "I am! i hope we get new teachers, Mrs. Rowen was a bitch!" Faith blurted. I roll my eyes at her obnoxious behavior and see Ariana coming back with a Beer in her hands.

"Here" she says and i take it reluctantly. I'm not really the one to drink. "I heard five new students are coming this year in our grade." Mike says. "Oh i heard that too. One of them is a girl, maybe we can be friends." Faith says still by Mikes side.

Theyve been dating since 8th grade and they always spend at least 12 ours with eachother twice a day. See what I did there? "Maybe we can hook up" Says Chris moving his eyebrows up and down and we all laugh.

After the party Ariana was drunk and she tried to get me to do it in bed with her but i wasnt in the mood. I never turned down free sex from Ariana but i was kind of getting bored of our relationship. People only think were together because we have sex and Ariana thinks that too but there all wrong.

I only loved one girl in my life. And thats Audrey.

"Honey?" i woke up to my mom shaking me and i sit up. "The cleaning ladies are here and im about to go to work. Dads in a meeting so no one will be home." I nod and look at the clock. 6:00 am.
