Neptune playfully snatches the paper from Noire as she reads it too.
Neptune: Oh this will be good! Finally, something new for a change.

Neptune: Its suggestions for new content for this book we can do besides dares. But it'll depend on the reader's choice. Using this poll.

Neptune: Though it's highly likely by the time this gets published a bot is going to comment on this first...
