Liz's P.O.V

We drive to my housein complete silence. I looked over at him a few times to make sure he was fine.

I pull up to my house and Jayce immediatly gets out, I stop the car, sigh, and walk into the house after him.

I sit next to him on my black couch and look at him with apologetic eyes.

"It's not your fault you know."

He shakes his head and puts his head in his hands.

"If I hadn't broken up with her then she wouldn't have hooked up with Matt!" He wispered.

I felt sick, I actually felt bad for him.

 I hug him and feel my sundress getting hit by a few tears.

 I pull away, grab his shoulders, and make him look at me.

"It'll be okay! I know it will, she will feel horrible and will come back to you. If not, then you don't need her. But knowing her, she'll come back."

He smiles at me and nods,

"Thank you Liz, you're not as mean as people say, you know that?"

I was about to agree when I look at him

"As  mean as people say?"

He looks at me and frowns

"I-I"

I start laughing and he realizes I was joking and smiles.

"I'm just playing!"

I was just about to say something, when the phone goes off.

I get up and pick up the white phone,

"Hello?" I ask waiting for a reply. 

"Um yes, hello is Ms. Anderson home?"

I sigh and pinch the bridge of my nose.

"She is no longer with us, why?"

"Oh, I am so sorry to hear that. I am Jenna Lewis, with the D.C  DNA Testing & Paternity Test center. I was calling to tell her that her results are in."

What the hell was this lady talking about? My mom never went there, did she? Why the hell would she go there?

"Am I allowed to ask what she went there for?"

I hear the lady sigh

"Are you close family?"

"Yes, I am her daughter."

I hear the lady inhale sharply and she mutters something in German?

"Your mother, she went to see if a boy, or rather a teenage boy. Was her son."

I look down at the floor, ignoring Jayce, who is looking at me intently.

"Well, what were the results?" I ask a little harshly.

"She is the mother, the boy's name is Matt Beck-"

I don't hear the rest because I drop the phone and fall to my knees.

Matt? No, that couldn't be, she must have said the wrong name!

Jayce, runs to my side and looks at me.

"Hello? Hello? Are you still there?" I hear the lady say

I can't respond, so Jayce picks up the phone.

"She is just in a little bit of a shock, she'll call you back." Then he hangs up before she can say another word.

Lex just hooked-up with my brother? Even thinking it, is too fucking weird!

"Who was she?"

I look at him and shake my head, bringing myself back to reality.

"She was with the D.C  DNA Testing & Paternity Test center."

He looks at me confused and I just continue

"They said my mom came in to get a test done, and it came back positive. Which means I have a brother."

He looks at me and just hugs me.

"I'm sorry, may I ask who?"

I feel a tear fall and quickly wipe it.

"Matt Becker"

Jayce tenses and I sigh, then look up to see Lexi looing at us

I stop crying  and looks at her

"What the fuck do you want? To hurt Jayce more? Or are you done fucking my brother?" I yell

she looks at me with her brown eyes,qide.

Lexi's POV

I look at my wall and think about going over to Liz's house.

I stop when I remember she is mad at me.

She can't still be mad at me, can she?

I mean she called me pathetic, who am I kidding. I am pathetic!

I take of my black top and put on a blue shirt that said "What happens in O.C stays in O.C"

I grab my cell phone and walk out the door.

I walk down the street and see some teenagers playing basketball at the park.

I look at the blue sky and wonder if I shouldn't go and apologize.

I end up at Liz's big house and my hand hesitates on the doorknob.

I hear talking and Liz muttering something about Matt.

I open the door and stand there, looking at Liz.

She was crying, but why was she in Jayces arms?

Jayce tenses when he sees me, Liz sighs and looks up to see me.

She stops crying and looks at me.

"What the fuck do you want? To hurt Jayce more? Or are you done fucking my brother?" Liz yells

I look at her with wide eyes, Brother? No, she didn't have any siblings since she lost her sister, Emily.

I wait to see if she was joking, but her face said otherwise.

 What the hell was my problem?

Did I really just hook-up with her brother?

Or are we talking about another boy?
