The weeks went by and things were great. Nick decided that he didn't like Liz living all alone so he moved in with her. Me and Jayce were going strong, with the exception of Matt still going after Jayce. On the bright side, we had only 3 weeks left with school and Liz was so excited about going to France and see the sights. I couldn't wait for school to be over so me and Jayce could walk outside and hold hands without people giving us looks or me fearing that he'll get fired. On the downside, my mom kept asking about my mystery man and dropped a huge bomb on me this morning.

"YOU'RE WHAT?!?!?" I yell, spitting out my sprite.

"I said, I am getting remarried young lady!" She says putting her hands on her hips.

"BUT mo-"

"No buts, I love this man and that is final!"

"I HAVEN'T EVEN MET HIM!" I yell throwing my hands up in the air and waving them like I was trying to land a plane as my mom would say.

"ALEXA JANE TURNER, now you listen to me! I am marrying him, Jack is a nice guy." Jack? Really what the hell kind of name was Jack? He just sounded like trouble!

I pinch the bridge of my nose, I didn't even know my mother was dating, and now she's engaged? This is bullshit!

I pinch the bridge of my nose, "How long have you and this asshole been going out?" I say threw clenched teeth.

That was the breaking point, she slapped me! Hard to, might I add.

I touch my face and look at my mother who just stares at me.

"Lexi, honey I-"

"Not another word!" I wisper.

I look at her, anger and hatred in my eyes.

I shake my head and grab my black coat.

"Lexi honey please don't go!"

I just turn around and look at my mother with disgust.

Her brown eyes have tears in them, fake ones I bet. I look at her,  a red dress that is barely there and black heels.

I shake my head and grab my black purse.

"No wonder dad left you, you selfish wicked bitch!" With that I open the door and leave her looking at me.

I hear my mother calling out for me, but I ignore her.

I walk until I get the park closest to me and Liz, then I call her.

"Hello?" I ask after hearing her pick up.

"Ya? Haha No, stop I'm on the phone with Lex!" She wispers to the person she was laughing at.

"What's wrong hun?" I hear her say between fits of laughter.

"My mom just told me she's getting remarried!" I say trying not cry.

Liz stops laughing and I hear someone fall hard, onto the floor, by the sounds of the shaking, it was her room? "Sorry Nicky!" I hear her wisper.

So that was who she was with.

"Wait! You're mom is getting remarried, and you haven't met this guy? That's fucked up hun, I am sorry. I can find out where he lives and egg the shit out of his house!" "I'll help!" I hear Nick say, and that makes me laugh.
