The words don't leave,
They're stuck in my throat.
All I can do is stare at you,
And wonder what went wrong.You look so pale surrounded by black,
You would have hated this.
There are no smiles of joy,
Or any real color at all.The guy so full of life,
Was really plagued by strife.
He was tormented by emotions so strong,
That he had to do something drastic.I want to hold onto you tight,
And I don't want to say goodbye.
I really wasn't ready for this,
But the choice was made.What am I supposed to do?
Smile like it's okay,
When I'm dying inside,
What is there left to do?
