The fear sets in,
The walls are closing in again.
No one knows what to do,
And I'm too afraid to tell them what I need to.It's one of many,
An attack at the beginning.
I don't have them that often,
But when I do they just get harder.The fear sets in,
And I try not to black out again.
Deep breaths in and out,
I try not to listen to the voices that shout.They say awful things,
About how I'll die today.
The walls will close in tight,
And I'll never leave tonight.I hear his voice at last,
And it helps me move from this path.
I now know I won't die tonight,
As he guides me away from the light.
