Barry cupped Natalie's cheek, his thumb stroking gently as he looked into her eyes and pecked her lips, pulling back to see the smile that formed on her face every time he did so. Her head rested on the pillow, their noses touching. The sheets were bunched up by their tangled feet, the blanket pulled over the two in the darkness.
"I love you," Barry said, his voice deep and husky. Natalie let out a light laugh and readjusted the way her head laid on the pillow, "Yeah, I know, Barry. You just made that very clear. And I love you too."
Barry chuckled at her comment and nodded his head as best as he could from where it laid on the pillow, "Well you made that clear yourself."
"You know, that was my first time.." Barry muttered as he removed his hand from her cheek, opting to take her hand and intertwine their fingers, staring at it like it was the most beautiful thing.
Natalie's eyes widened as she looked at him and smiled, "That was.."
Barry looked back at her and nodded, "Yup. You were. My one and only. I wanted to save myself, for someone I knew it would mean something with. I mean, why make love with someone you don't love?" Natalie let out a small 'aww' before pulling him in for a kiss, his hand again wrapping it's way into her hair before he moved to hover over her.
The two were so engrossed in one another that they didn't notice the calls of their names until the door busted open and the person let out a scream. Barry and Natalie both jumped at the interruption as well, breaking apart and pulling the blanket up to cover themselves as they both turned to the door.
"What the hell are you doing?" Iris yelled as she stood in the doorway, turning towards the hall and covering her eyes as one hand was on the door knob. "Wait never mind, don't answer that question. Obviously it's each other."
"Iris..what-what are you doing?" Barry asked, flustered at the fact his foster sister and best friend had just found him in a compromising position.
"I just wanted to tell you that dad is sleeping well at S.T.A.R. Labs so I was wondering if you two wanted to have a movie night. Obviously you two had something else in mind," Iris explained as she kept her eyes covered.
Barry nodded his head, pulling the covers up to his neck, his face reddened from embarrassment. "Well we can still-"
"No we can't because every time I look at you I'm gonna keep thinking that you two were just having sex. I'm going to be having nightmares for days, so thank you for that," Iris deadpanned.
Natalie let out a small laugh at her friend's discomfort, "Hey! Well at least we have the blankets on. Let's not forget that one time I went to your house and I found you and Eddie-"
"Okay fine, you win!" Iris squealed desperate to get the other girl to stop. The two ended up laughing whilst Barry looked at Iris, disgusted at the thought Natalie had just brought up. "I'll let you two finish up and if you're up for it you two can join me for some movies downstairs."
"If you could start on the popcorn I will start on making some brownies," Natalie said as she clutched the blanket tightly to her chest, rolling over in the bed to reach over the edge and start picking up her clothes. A small giggle escaped her lips when she saw the pout on Barry's face. "I'm sorry, Bare. Iris ruined the mood. Blame her."
Barry snapped his head at his foster sister, whose eyes were still covered, and glared, "Oh I do."
Iris let out a laugh, "Well then you two get dressed and I will be in the kitchen. Hurry up so I don't start to think you two are doing something else. And please remember I am downstairs." As soon as Iris shut the door, Barry let out a groan as he fell back on the bed.
