I was teaching the less fortunate V Children about the Chosen One for class.
"The baby is so well hidden that even Michael himself doesn't know where the baby is." I say smiling as the children did too.
"Ms. Risen, how will we known who the Chosen One is??" A boy in the class asked.
I smiled. "Michael will reveal the Chosen One to us soon Billy."
They all said their goodbyes leaving. I was fidgeting with my necklace when a guard noticed me staring out the window thinking. I looked over my shoulder seeing Michael and then glanced back to the guard.
"Guard?" I say, "Leave us."
"But, M'am--"
"Ah! He's Michael the Archangel, he won't hurt me. Now go, Vamoose!" I say.
"Yes M'am." The guard said and left closing the door behind himself.
"What happened Michael?"
"We found more Eight Balls outside of the city walls Ally."
"Where??!!"
"In an old Casino a few miles back."
"Did you give the on-site kill order?"
"Yes Ally. I'll see you at the meeting."
"Okay."
"Don't be late."
And then I watched him leave. I heard my father coming so I turned around smiling. The Risen family was my adoptive family that took me in. I pulled out the letter from my father Alex Lannon, who gave me up to keep me safe.
"Hi father!"
"Change clothes Alyssa, we need to be at the meeting now."
"Yes Farther."
