Mystery's POV
After that strange meet and greet suddenly I lost the image of dying along the way. My mind began to fill with questions. Oh god, wait, hold on, was she being flirty? No, probably not. She was a bit rude too. She did have a nice sense of style though! Oh god, here we go again, punch me now. SNAP OUT OF IT MYSTERY! Okay, I'm back! She's rude and we never even had an actual conversation.
I felt a sharp hit, like I ran into something. Great job Mystery! Zoning out is your best trait! Hint the sarcasm, again. I step back and look at the bare brick wall that I totally swear jumped out in front of me. I shook my head and continued to walk down this stone path. It somewhat looked like a small market place. I saw all the foods that looked edible at least. I looked at the prices of the food and items, realizing that I have to do some type of hunting for XP and cash. I licked my lips hungrily at the foods. My hunger was not low in the game but certainly in real life it is.
Speaking of in real life, I wonder how my pals are doing. Hopefully none of them are trying to remove the gear or I would be toast, literally - the soundwave signals can fry your brain.
I glanced around snapping out of my train of thought and wondered where the nearest hunting grounds were. I walked along the path that this kind lady told me about. There is supposed to be lots of prey here all the time. I pulled out my sword and started to test it, seeing how the movement is. Ummm, strange. I saw some boars grazing on the grass so I decided to sneak up on them and attack. That way I have the advantage. The boar spooked before I could get behind him so I ran as fast as I could after it. I needed this money or I wouldn't survive. Suddenly, a girl comes zooming past chasing after the same boar I'm after. Who does she think she is? I need this boar!
