Kodaka Hasegawa, a to St. Chronica's Academy, has found it difficult to make friends because of his mix of brown-blond hair (inherited from his deceased ) and fierce-looking eyes that make him look like a delinquent. One day, he accidentally comes across the equally solitary and very abrasive as she converses with "Tomo", her (in the same sense as an "air" guitar). Realizing that they lack social lives and skills, they decide that the best way to improve their situation is to form the Neighbors Club, "an after-school club for people with no friends like themselves". Other students with various backgrounds join the club: is an attractive but arrogant idol, who has no female friends, and the men around her act as slaves; is an effeminate underclassman who idolizes Kodaka and strives to become manly like him; is a perverted genius scientist; and Kodaka's little sister thinks she is a vampire.
My Review: This anime was so weird. I mean, there was one crazy person who loved video games, another who is obsessed with yaoi, a girl pretending to be a vampire and more.
Despite that, I just couldn't stop watching it. I finished the first season and went to write my review. And it was then I found out that there was another season.
I watched it and, for me, it was nowhere near as good as the first. The last episode, however, was amazing and I'm unsure if there will be a third season or not.

Main Characters: Kodaka Hasegawa: Kodaka is feared by everyone in school due to his looks. He is offered by Yozora to join the Neighbours Club.
Yozora Mikazuki: The founder of the Neighbours Club. She is in charge of the activities and has a dislike of Sena.
Sena Kashiwazaki: Despite being the prettiest in the school, she doesn't have any friends and seeks help from the Neighbours Club.
Kobato Hasegawa: Kodaka's little sister. She has a fascination with anime and acts like a character off one. Her and Maria hate each other.
Yukimura Kusunoki: Yukimura joins the Club after asking Kodaka how to become more manly. Yozora forces Yukimura to act and dress like a girl and serves as a butler.
Rika Shigumi: Rika is really good with computers, science and more. Although, she has an obsession with robots and manga.
Maria Takayama: Maria is a teacher of the school and signs a contract allowing Yozora to make her Club. Maria often comes to eat food and quarrel with Kobato.
