*note: I know this is an anime movie review, but I'd like to try and see what it's like. After all, I never did specify that it would just be series, so there may be more movie reviews*

The story is set in Japan, beginning in the 1990s up until the then present day (2007), with each act centered on a boy named Takaki Tōno. The first act takes place during a time when cell phones are uncommon and email had not yet reached the general population.
My Review: At first I thought it was kind of related to Welcome to the NHK in a way and it kind of did turn out to be like that.
This was quite good considering it's my second anime movie I've watched (first being Hetalia: Paint It White).
There isn't much action in this and pretty much nothing happens. It's just a nice, pretty looking movie.
Rating: 9.5/10
Main Characters:
Takaki Tono: All of his loved ones leave him. And, in order to cope, he tries to find happiness.
Akari Shinohara: Was Tono's best friend until she was forced to move after elementary school. Her and Tono try to stay in contact with each other.
Kanae Sumida: One of Tono's classmates. She is deeply in love with him, but doesn't know how to tell him.
