Title: Zankyou no Terror/Terror in Resonance
Seasons: One
Episodes: 11
Episode Duration: 24 minutes
Sub/Dub: Both (I personally prefer the subbed, but the dub isn't bad).
Studio: MAPPA
Creator: Shinichiro Watanabe (anime)
Genre: Mystery, thriller
Watched It: Three times
About the Anime: (by Wikipedia)
In an alternate iteration of the present, Tokyo has been hit by a terrorist attack that has devastated the city. The only evidence of the culprits is a cryptic video uploaded to the Internet, which sparks paranoia across Japan.
My Review: I did not sign up for those last three episodes... Just... No... My poor little tears.
But, the anime was all like 'boom! Explosion!' Which was super cool.
And, learned some history, too. (Also, quite a lot of people spoke in English; especially Five and her accomplices which was like the best thing ever).
I remember finding this on Netflix and only got to watch half of the first episode and when I went to watch more later I'd completely forgotten the name... And, I kind of wish I left it to save them tears.
Also, the opening- which happens to be by my favourite Japanese group- is amazing. In fact, the whole OST is amazing as a whole. Seriously, I've listened to it so much.
Zankyou no Terror has officially become my favourite anime (beating NHK).
Another thing, the subbed is amazing. Literally, absolutely perfect, but the dubbed has a lot more detail about things the subbed never had, so, as strange as it sounds, you should try both because the dub has relatively good voice actors and brings to light about Lisa's family and Twelve and Nine's pasts a lot more.
Rating: 10/10
Main Characters:
Nine: One of Sphinx. He's in charge of the planning and how everything is taken care of.
Twelve: Loves doing stunts and cares for his friend, Lisa. Sphinx number Two.
Lisa Mishima: A girl who joins Sphinx after being trapped. She helps them out by distracting others.
Five: After Nine to finish her 'game'. She wants Sphinx to realize what they're doing.
