I looked out the window, just watching the houses disappear into the distance and trees replace them. My eyebrows furrowed, where was he taking me? This didn't seem like the route to his house. I felt like speaking up and asking where we were going but I was just to drained, so I just stayed there, laying my head back on the head rest.

My mind was running crazy at this moment, I couldn't stop thinking about how awkward it will be from now on. Jack probably will try to avoid me, and my brother will definitely notice that. I knew that no matter how hard I tried I couldn't keep my strong affection towards jack a secret anymore. Sooner or later that would've came out. Even though I would've preferred later, I guess I'll learn to deal with the consequences of him knowing now.

"What are you thinking 'bout lil ma?" Nates voice shook me out of my thoughts.

I turned my head to the side, looking at him drive. I gave him a small smile before shrugging me shoulders.

"Too much in that beautiful mind of yours huh?"

I breathed in.

"You have no idea." I said.

I felt Nate's hand reach over and place itself on my knee.

"Whatever it is, it all gets better." He said, giving my knee a light squeeze.

I placed my hand on top of his, giving him a smile.

"I really hope so."

I really didn't have a clue where my life was headed now, and frankly I was too afraid to find out. But as of now it seemed my only choice was to just let things happen and go with it. If I were able to go back and do things differently, in a heart beat I would. Though that isn't something I can do now, it happened and I have to learn to accept that.

My thoughts drifted away when I started to realize where we were headed. I quickly turned my body towards Nate and smiled wide at him.

"Are we going where I think we're going?"

He chuckled at my childish actions.

"If you think we're going to the hidden beach then you are correct yo." He said, trying to get me to stop jumping in my seat.

"Nate! Oh my god! I haven't been there for so long!" I practically yelled.

"I know, and I know it's your favorite place so I'm taking you there to help you forget about all of your problems lil mama." He said, looking at me for a second, giving me a soft smile before turning his attention to the road.

I watched as Nate entered the dirt road and parked it where it wouldn't disturb. I waited until the car was completely stopped before taking my shoes off, opening the door and running towards the water.

"Yo! Wait for me!" I heard Nate chuckle and run after me.

I felt the warm soft sand under my toes as the biggest smile took over my face. It felt good to be happy for once, and this place was perfect for forgetting my problems for a while.

I looked behind, noticing Nate was almost close. I ran closer to the water and stopped. With the sun against my skin and the sun under my toes I couldn't be happier. I twirled and twirled around, until I became dizzy.

"Damn you run fast." Nate said, laying his arm across my shoulder.

"I missed you."

"Missed you to ma." He pulled me into his chest. "Been trying to get my music out there that I've forgotten about my lil sis." He said laying a kiss on my forehead.
