Mom and Flinn were both already sleeping by the time I got hope. Thankfully! The clock read 2:15am. So maybe Dylan and I took our time walking to my place...

"You sure it's fine?" Dylan asked, obviously feeling nervous and awkward. Like, what dude spends a night a chicks house? Okay there are the the few, but I mean, nothing's going to happen between us tonight! Dylan's father kicked him out for the night, when he found a stash of weed. Dylan told me, he tried explaining to his dad, that the weed belonged to Shawn. The kid who bmx's. I never was found if Shawn, his brown hair was always greasy, and he smelled bad. Not forgetting his zits. They were never under control!

"My moms asleep, and plus Aric used to stay the night, plenty of times!" I said, assuring him it was alright. "Aric spends nights here?!" Dylan smirked at me. I shoved him in the chest. "I didn't mean it to sound that way!" I stormed quietly. "When his dad past away, Aric's mom took it hard. She had trouble's looking after Aric, let alone her self. Aric and his mom would stay over, sometimes for a week or longer." I told him. "My mom took care of Aric and his mom. Thankfully, after a few years, she was able to look after her self and Aric." I continued.

I walked Dylan around the upstairs, where he would be staying. I directed him to the washroom, incase he had to go... The gust room was two rooms ahead of mine. "Is there anything you need?" I asked, trying to make him feel at home, though it won't have a yelling dad... "Im fine. Thanks for everything though." He said. "Your welcome. Well if you'll need me Im just over there." I said, pointing towards my room. He nodded in reply.

It was very kind of Tabitha to allow me to stay at her house. I just wish she never heard that little fight with my dad. Everything just gets so frustrating now that mom left.

Closing the door behind me after saying goodnight to Tabitha, I glance at the room. Fuck! This looks like a room belonging to someone. I guess this must be Aric's room, when he stays over.
Old skate decks hang on the wall. a blue wall paint, splattered a white wall. The bed had a Thrasher brand bed sheet. Tabitha said there was a dresser, filled with clothing that should fit me. Before I knew this was Aric's old room, I thought i'de be wearing one of her moms baggy shirts. Shudder! Just the thought creeps me out.
