I was right. As the Xbox is slowly melting for its body heat, my eyes are slowly falling out! Aric decided to spend the night. That old room of his, I don't doubt there aren't dust balls all over. Mom was cleaning the room, but she left 15 minutes into the cleaning. She rushed to work, after an important call. "Time?" I asked, keeping all attention towards the game. "For you to get a watch!" Aric joked. "And it's time for you to get a new joke!" I teased. My comeback skills. God! That was so old!
"It's 8:45 pm." Aric said, glancing at his watch for a mer second. We've been playing for too to long! It started out as just one round, before we switched the game. Sadly, we are both to aggressive when it comes to Mario Carts. It's been hours...

"Tabitha, Angelina called earlier." Mom was saying. I gestured for her to continue. "You know she has a new boyfriend and all." She said. "Go on, get to the point." I said, not wanting a full speech. "She's having a picnic at the country clubs garden. She thought it would be nice for you to come along." Mom finished. "Obviously i'de love to go!" I pointed out, jaw dropped to the floor when she brought it up. I turned on my phone, clicking on the messenger icon. I went onto my contacts, clicking on Aric.
I tapped furiously, texting Aric.
Me: I am so in!
Aric: ?
Me: Im coming to the picnic with you. Your mom phoned earlier, and thought it would be fun to being me along. And Im in!
Aric: Awesome! Ill let her know you said yes
Me: sweet
Aric: My moms new boyfriend must be a knock out! She is so much happier than usually.
Me: Wait tell he meets you ;)
Me: He'll be running for the hills!

Me: obnoxious, self centred, cocky, that you are!
