The two boys ran to the small school, which was nothing special. It was a little larger from the other buildings around here, with five actual teachers. About twenty kids come everyday, now twenty-one that Squid has joined the small school.

They got there right in time, where a couple kids were ringing a hug bell, closing there eyes out of annoyance of the loud bell that they where ringing right above their heads'. Squid slowed down, then looked at Sky with a careful glance. "So, where too now? I have no clue where to go."

Sky smiled, then nodded his head. "Good thing I do! Ha, follow me. Your going to love it here- I mean- the teachers are nice, some of the kids can be so sweet, you'll fit right in!" He grinned sheepishly, grabbing the blue-haired boy's hand and dragging him into the school.

Sky opened the door into a hallway, with kids running around and talking happily. Not a lot, but enough. A few kids was opening doors into rooms- classes, Squid guessed - and followed Sky deeper into the hallway.

A few kids shot glares at the yellow-eyed boy, or whispered words to othersas he passed with Squid trailing after him. Sky did notice, but tried to ignore it; since it hurt him, knowing these kids hated him for what some lady said.

"Here's our stop- our Principal's office. You'll get your classes here Squid, 'kay?" Sky explained, pointing to a wooden, painted white door at the end of the hallway. "Also, this is where we part unless we both have a class together, is that okay?" Sky smiled, his hand slipping out of Squids'.

"O-Oh okay! Hopefully, we'll have a class together. Okay?" He nodded, the slowly walked over to the white door, then waved to Sky before he disappeared into the room. Sky waved back, even a little after when he closed the door behind himself.

Moving his feet to walk to his first calls was often hard itself. He shoved his weight to the first class on the right, which was his History, Language Arts, and Art.  It was the worst- since the worst kids where in that class. He could study without people throwing stuff at him; calling him names, taking his work.

Keeping his eyes to the ground, he walked slowly to his first class. Something hard to get through without the hatred of others. It hurt- yes. Squid was different though, if Squid did get in that class with him he won't have to be stuck in that constant hate circle. Plus Squid was nice and different. A new feeling- to have a friend.

No wonder everyone wanted one.

Sky opened the door into his classroom. Looking up, he saw his classmates talking or doodling, or reading books. Everything was good so far, then; "Hey look! It's Demon-Boy!" So much for quiet times. Everyone turned around, looking at the young boy and laughing loudly. Sky felt his face warm up out of shame and embarrassment.

"Hey Yellow-Eyes; have my work?" One of the kids yelled out, then a few chuckled. "Well? Do you? Or are you just that stupid?" A few kids laughed again, but more loudly. Sky winced, rushing to his seat in the middle of the classroom, but near the right end.

He grabbed out a few papers and put them on his dirty wooden desk, waiting for the kids who didn't finish their homework to get the answers from his work. He whimpered as a few walked up, grabbing the papers from Skys' desk and writing down answers. "Jeez. Your handwriting sucks." One of them hissed, throwing the paper down with new crinkles in it.

"Sorry." Sky whispered, not looking at the other kids' faces and instead looking at the ground. He knew they didn't listen, but he still said it. Out of fear, in case they actually hit him if he didn't answer them. They often threatened do.

Closing his eyes, he heard the bell. The teachers should be here soon, so he would be okay. The kids won't hurt his feelings that much anymore with the teacher around. Plus- this was one of the teachers who actually liked him. Not like his next teacher; who despises him with a passion.

This classes' teacher walked through the door, with a smile on her face as people ran to their desk. "Okay everyone! Who's ready for today's projects?"

As Sky left Squid to the Principal; he was worried for his new friend. What if he got hurt? He nearly did this morning- if the blue-haired boy wasn't around Sky would of been hurt badly. He knew that for sure.

The Principal was named Mr. Topas, and rushed their small talk about the school. The school had six classes, with two periods. So Morning Classes and Lunch Classes- and then there was a grading program. General, Advanced or Talented and Gifted.

Of course Squid would get all Talented and Gifted classes, nothing different. His father expected nothing other from him- always the best or just fail. So that was Squids' number on rule. The best of fail.

Kind of harsh- but it was the rule. It's what he lived up too. And he expected it to continue it. He just hoped Sky would be in the same classes as him. Smiling and walking out of the Principles office, he walked to the class to middle of the hallway; one the left. Mathematics, Language Arts, and Science.

He opened the door, to kids walking and talking around the classroom. Instantly, someone ran up to him with a smile. "Hey! I'm Tempest- one of the kids in this class. What's your name?" Squid smiled, then nodded. "Names' Squid. Hey; nice too meet you."

Tempest grinned. "Yeah you too! C'mon- there's a desk next to mine that's open. You'll like it, it's a nice view to the board." He grabbed Squids' arm, pulling him to a desk in the middle and front. Squid sat down, right in front of everyone.

No one else seemed to care really.

Kinda rude. Oh well. Squid thought, shrugging and turning his head to Tempest. "Hey, do you know Sky? If he's in this class?"

By those words, Tempest's green eyes grew as wide as beach balls. "Him? The freaking Demon? Like; why do you want to know about him? He's so weird. He was suppose to be in this class- but was kicked out because someone complained that he 'Wasn't smart enough and was a annoying thing.' The teacher in this class agreed and so did the Principal. "

Squid was a taken back. Sky lied about him not being bullied bad- that was horrid! "What class did he get transferred to?" Squid pestered, now kind of worried and surprised. "Oh- he is in one of the lowest classes here. Even though he was very smart- he mostly got A's!" Tempest rolled his eyes. "Honestly- he did kind of freak me out. Demon. He's a Demon. Or son of one- whichever comes first."

Squid closed his eyes.

Why did Sky lie about how bad his bulling was? This needs to be fixed.
