Chapter 31-Zanobia's Pov

We had just arrived to Jamaica and now we are on our way to the resort.

When I first got off the place I felt a slight change in the atmosphere.

As I was looking around scanning my surroundings I just fell in love with the island and it's kind of weird considering I haven't even been here for a good hour yet.

20 minutes later...

Now we were in our room and I can tell you it was gorgeous the view was amazing from the beach.

I was just standing on the balcony when I suddenly felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist.

A little startled but became comfortable realizing it was just Mike.

"You have been quiet all morning are you alright baby?"He asked sounding concerned.

"Yes I great just taking it all in, it's so peaceful out here."I said thinking about how fast the city is compared to this.

"That's why I come every year just to get away and think."He said looking out at the ocean.

"Wow I wish I could do the same."I said.

"You will but next year we should bring Zeek so he can experience a new environment and culture."He said making me think about my baby Z.

"I agree with you he would really love this especially playing in the water once he see the beach he will be so excited."I said smiling think about Zeek running in the water.

Just when Mike was about to say something my his phone began to ring.

When he picked it up I saw he was getting a Facetime call from his mom.

He quickly answered it.

When the call finally connected we were met with Zeek and Mama Sara.

"Daddy are you and mommy there yet?"He asked looking into the camera.

We both laughed and said yes.

"All he has been saying since he woke this morning was we have to call mommy and daddy to see if they made it there grandma we have to."Mama sara said mocking Zeek.

We stayed on the phone with Zeek and Mama Sara for a good ten minutes before hanging up.

"So what do you have planned for us to do today Mr.Valentino?"I asked curious while plopping on the bed.

"We won't do too much today since we just got here but I did plan for us to go to the beach and I wanted to take you to this little shop."He said.

"Oh alright what time are we going?"I asked wondering if I had enough time to take a nap.

"7:00"He said heading in the bathroom.

Looking over at the clock seeing that I had a good 3 hours before we go to sleep I was happy.

Mike's Pov

When I came right back out the restroom I saw Zanobia drifting off so I put a blanket over her.

So time can pass by quicker I went to the gym to workout for a bit.

On my my way to the gym I was thinking how Zanobia has changed over these past days I am really happy that she decided to open up with me more and even more stoked that she decided to come with me on this trip I know we still have some developing to do and I'm not trying to rush into think like I did with my previous relationships anyway so I can wait as long as she want me too.

I was so much into deep thought I almost passed them gym.

Walking in the gym I decided to work on arms since all last week I did legs.

1 hour later...

I was just about to leave but before I leave I have to take a pic for the snap it's ritual.

After I did that I was on my way back to the room.

I decided instead of us going out tonight we will just stay in because I can sense that Nobia is tired I think I will just order some take out from one of the places near by.

But Tomorrow the fun begins😈
