Chapter 34-Mike's Pov

Last night was amazing I still can't believe it happened I didn't think Zanobia was ready but she made sure she let me know last night after I kept asking her.

 Turning over in bed this morning expecting to find Zanobia right next to me but she wasn't.

That was weird she usually tells me before she leaves.

Getting up walking around the room.

"Zanobia?"I called out.

No answer so I decided to call her phone. 

The phone was ringing for awhile until I heard her voice.

"Hey baby I'm sorry I left without leaving a note."She said loud over what sounding like waves.

"It's fine just don't do it again...Where are you?"I asked worried.

"Oh I'm by the beach I will be back in a few."She said.

"You don't have to comeback I will just meet you there."I said.

"Okay see you soon."she said before hanging up.

I stared gathering my stuff so I can take a quick shower and leave.

Later that day... 

After the beach we decided that we will just go out to lunch just to talk and spend time together since this is our last day in Jamaica before we go home.

We decided we will just go to this local spot to get some of there famous jerk chicken.

"Oh my God!!"I heard Zanobia moaned out while biting into the chicken.

Just by hearing her moan just then did a little something to me.

"Why do we have to leave again?"She asked with a sad puppy dog face.

"Zeek misses us and we miss him we already discussed this earlier."I said reminding her of our discussion from earlier on us deciding to leave earlier than we expected.

"But..."She pouted.

"No buts I already bought the tickets for our flight tomorrow  and plus we don't even leave until later on at night so we have enough time to go other places so shush."I said pulling her to me and gently kissing her lips.

"I guess you are right.."She said pulling away from me.

"You guess? and Where you going now you left me this morning already?"I said pulling her back into my arms.

"I just wanted to walk a little ways down to enjoy the scenery."She said pulling my along with her as she walked.

While we were walking Zanobia's phone went off and when I heard the song I almost died.

"Why is this your Ringtone?"I said barely getting it out because of my laughter.

"What I like it and this person that just texted fits the description oh so well."She said singing the song afterwards.

"Why do yo have that version instead of the original?"I asked curious.

"Well not trying to say nothing mean or anything but the original can't even compare to this one..This one is way better beat wise and everything who doesn't like this one better?"She said and all I could do was laugh.

"What you know it's true."She said back.

"I guess."I said trying to hold my laughter.

"Whateva...I have a question though."She said looking out at the water.

Zanobia's Pov

"Oh ask away..."He said looking back at me.

"Well I've always wondered what made you want to even take the family business?"I asked curious.

"Well at first I didn't I've always wanted to be a travel agent"He let out a small laugh.

"But both my parents knocked that out of my head early and plus my dad has basically trained me since birth how to run the company so I really didn't have no choice but to do it."He said shrugging his shoulders.

"Do you ever second guess yourself about taking up the company?"I asked wondering.

"All the time but lately not as much, In the past I did it all the time as I looked at some of my college and high school buddies but I am now realizing that what I originally wanted to do probably wasn't what God planned me to do because just think if I followed my dream I would have never met you or Zeek."He said letting put a small smile.

I began to blush.

"Enough about me...Is what you are doing now something you always wanted to do?"He said pulling me close.

"Hmm...Over the years it has changed plenty of times but what made me settle at this was my 10th grade English teacher."I paused for a minute.

"She had brought in a speaker that day and he was going on about what he does and how he got to the point where he is now and I couldn't stop listening the whole time after that day I had became very focus into school."I said.

"It was really my only way out."I said having a small flashback.

"Well it's getting pretty dark."I said changing the topic.

"Yea...It is I hadn't realized we stayed out for that long."Mike said with a faint laugh.

"We should go back to the room to start packing up some of our stuff don't ya think?"I asked heading towards the resort.

"Yea we should."he answered back following me.
