Jinri P.O.V

When we arrived school, Jongin parked his bicycle. I stood a bit far from him. I saw some girls looked at us with the curious eyes.

Girl 1 : " Are they dating??"

Girl 2 : " It's impossible.."

Girl 1 : " But they always come to school together."

Girl 2 : " Does Jongin date the girl like her?"

Girl 1 : " I heard that he saved Jinri when she got bullied for the first time."

Girl 2 : " So.. The rumors are true??"

Girl 1 : " Yes, may be.. .. Jinri's so lucky.."

After I had heard their gossips about us, I looked back at Jongin. I felt relieved when I saw he was still busy with his stuff. If he heard that gossips, he could change into a mad person on me..
Wait... Did they just say rumors?? Which rumors??

While I was confusing with my own thoughts, I heard Jongin's friends called him.

Tao : " Hey! Jongin!"

Jongin : " What's up?"

Lay : " Wow.. You two came together?? .. So the rumors are ture??"

Then Jongin shot a glance to me. I quickly down from him to avoid his hatred gazes.

Jongin : " Which rumors?"

Tao : " You don't know that?? 'Kim Jongin and Choi Jinri are dating and living in the same house.' . That rumors are spread around.."

Lay : " You two really living in the same house??"

Jongin : " .. Yes.."

Tao : " So you are dating with her??"

Jongin : " No. It's not like that."

Tao : " So what are you two?"

Jongin : " Nothing... There's nothing between us.. She's just the guest of my grandmom."

Yes.. He's right.. I would disappear like a bubble after this year.. And I'm really nothing for him..

I saw him glaring at me. He might be angry to me for the useless rumors. I avoided his eyes and left to my room with my painful heart.

While Jinri was reading the history book, the teacher came into the room with a boy. The teacher slammed the table slightly to get the attentions of the students.

Teacher : " Attention! We have a new boy today!"

After hearing that, all the students looked at the front of the class. Most of the girls gasped when they saw the cute boy beside the teacher. Yeah.. That boy has cute and charming face which can be drooled by many girls.

Teacher : " New student.. Introduce yourself.."

Boy : " Hello.. I'm Kim Taehyung.. I came from Busan.. Please take care of me.. Nice meeting you all.."

Teacher : " Ok.. Taehyung.. You can sit beside Choi Jinri... ... Jinri, please hand up."

After the teacher had said, Jinri raised her hand into the air. Then the new boy smiled and walked towards the seat beside Jinri.

Taehyung : " Hi.."

Jinri just replied with a slight bow at his greeting and then paid the attention to the lesson.

At the recess, Taehyung tried to talk with Jinri again, his seatmate.

Taehyung : " Nice to meet you, I'm--"

Jinri : " Kim Taehyung, right?"

Taehyung : " Yes.. You're right.. And you are..."

Jinri : " Jinri.. Choi Jinri.."

Taehyung : " Ahh.. Ok.. Let's be friends if you don't mind.."

Jinri : " Of course, I don't mind... But are you sure that you want to be friend with me..?"

Taehyung : " Sure.. Why not?"

Jinri : " You don't know about me well.. If you knows, you'll leave me like others.."

Taehyung : " Why? You look normal.. I don't think you are a strange nerd.. You're more beautiful than other girl.."

Jinri : " You shouldn't judge on a person just with the looks. To be honest, I'm worse than nerd. Almost every student doesn't like me."

Taehyung : " I don't care about that and others. Don't worry.. I'll be your only friend from now on.. whatever you are.."

Jinri : " I'm really glad to hear that.. I have no friend in this school.. Actually, I'm also a new girl.. I moved here since over a month ago.."

Taehyung : " Well... Support for each other.. Please help me when I need help.. And I'll help you when you need my help.. Ok?"

Jinri nodded and replied with her bright eyesmile. At least, there is one person who looks at her with the good sight, Kim Taehyung...

While Jinri was walking to the library, a memory appeared in her mind.

Unknowingly, she shed a tear when she reminded how Jongin was kind to her... He used to be a kind boy towards her... How can he change that much and easily...?

While Jinri was busy with her own thoughts, she stopped her way when she noticed that a girl standing in front of her. She looked at the girl and found the girl who flirted with Jongin at the last time, Seulgi.

Seulgi : " Hi! Choi Jinri..."

Jinri : " What do you want from me?"

Seulgi : " Yah.. Your voice is too firm.."

Jinri : " Talk straightly. Why? You want to bully me too? So then do it. Don't take it slow."

Seulgi : " So brave girl. That's why you can touch my boyfriend."

Jinri : " What are you talking about? Your boyfriend?"

Seulgi : " Yes. Kim Jongin.. I know you like my boy."

Jinri couldn't think straight clearly when she heard that Jongin was Seulgi's boyfriend. Her heart was too hurt not to notice that she was already on the floor, pushed by Seulgi. Although Seugli beat her many times, she couldn't feel the pain. She was like a dead body.

When Seulgi was about to beat her again, Seulgi stopped suddenly and grabbed her hand. Then Seulgi made Jinri to slap her suddenly. Jinri was so confused at her sudden reaction. She acted like she got bullied by Jinri. The reason is that Seulgi saw Jongin coming towards them.

Jongin P.O.V

As soon as I heard that Seulgi and that girl were fighting, I quickly ran towards there. I saw Seulgi collapsed on the floor after that girl had slapped her face.

Me : " Seulgi!"

I rushed towards her and lifted her into my arms.

Me : " Are you ok?"

Seulgi : " Jongin.. She slapped me.."

Jinri : " What are you talking about? You--"

She stopped her words immediately as soon as she got a slap from me.
A hard slap on her face...
