Jealous

Jongin went to the store where Jinri was working at that night. He didn't give up on her easily. He believe that Jinri still loved him. How could they forget each other easily? .. They knew well that how their love was born ... against many pains...

As soon as Jongin entered the store, Jinri was a bit shocked for seeing him unexpectedly. She thought that Jongin would give up on her after she had hurted him. But she forgot that Jongin was a stubborn boy.

Jongin just sat at the place where he sat in the last day. He kept staring at Jinri who was talking to the customers with her charming eyesmile. Little did he know, his lips curled up into a smile when he saw her smile. That smile, he had been longing for almost 3 years.., he missed a lot.. Finally, he could see it .... although her present smile was not for him.

While Jinri was arranging the packets of noddles at the food stand, Jongin approached her silently.

" You've never changed..", Jongin whisphered into her ear from the back that sent the shiver down to her spine. She immediately turned to face him.
As a result, their faces were really closed until they could feel their breath on each other. Jinri could feel the rate of her rapid heartbeat. Yes.. No one can hide their heartbeats with that closed situation with the one they love...

" Your smile is still innocent .. and pretty...", said Jongin. Jinri could feel his words hit on her skin since their faces were too closed that people, who saw right then, could think they were kissing.

Jinri pushed him a bit with her palms against his chest but she couldn't still reduce her heartbeats. She tried to walk away from him but Jongin locked her between his arms against the stand in a quick move.

" Look at me..", Jongin commanded. Jinri could feel her knees weakening and didn't dare to look at him straightly.

" You still love me..", his sudden words made Jinri look at him.

" Choi Jin, I can feel that you still love me.. You've never changed.. Your love has never changed as well..", said Jongin again.

" I've already told you about that.. I don't remember you. Why you so hard to understand it?", asked Jinri. Finally, she could get her sense back to treat him as a stranger.

" So prove it until I can believe!", said Jongin almost shouting.

" How can I prove?! Isn't it enough for you that I keep saying these harash words to you?!", said Jinri trying to hold her tears. She was tired to see Jongin giving too much force just on her.

" I don't feel the hate from these words.. because you didn't.. You could bear my painful words in the past.. I'm ok with these words.. since my words in the past were more painful on you..", said Jongin.

" Please stop it! Please.. I don't want to remember that painful past and.. you..", said Jinri with the begging voice.

" Whatever you can't remember me or pretending, .. I'll make you remember me .. for the second time.. Don't forget about that.. I'll never give up on you..", said Jongin and released his hand to let Jinri go.

Then he went to his usual seat again leaving Jinri dumbfound. As soon as Jongin left her side, her tears rolled down on her cheeks. She turned to food stand and continued her work.

In Jongin's eyes, Jinri was working like nothing happened. He didn't see her tears which were shed silently beyond all.

Jinri went back home as the time came. Jinri felt that Jongin was following along her way. So she turned to look at him, Jongin also stopped his way when he saw Jinri stopped.

" Why do you keep following me?", asked Jinri straightly.

" I'm not following you.. I'm just going back to my home.", said Jongin honestly. He didn't lie... He was really walking to his home.

" Whatever..", Jinri started to walk again. She blamed herself for asking him like that.

Jongin stopped his way suddenly when he saw Jinri climbed up the stairs of the apartment building. He was so confused why Jinri entered his apartment building. He followed her steps and stopped again when Jinri turned to the third floor.

Before Jinri entered her house, she looked around to check that Jongin was still around or not. When she didn't see Jongin anymore, she opened the door and went inside. Actually, Jongin was looking at her hiding behind the wall. He couldn't believe with his own eyes that saw Jinri was living in his next door.

Jongin woke up early in this morning because he wanted to know about Jinri more. He waited for her at the stairs silently. When Jinri went to the stairs for her daily routine, sending newspapers and milk, Jongin hid behind the wall not want her to notice him.

After a while, Jinri left for her work, Jongin followed her silently behind her back, stalking. He saw Jinri running from one house to another and left the newspapers and milk. So he could realize her work now.

'So she's working this job in the morning, as a waiter in the day time and as a cashier at the night... When'll she rest..? .. She may be so tired because of her unfair life.."

Jongin glanced at his watch and his eyes were rounded. It was already 7 in the morning and he was about to be late his work. He got panic and quickly ran to his apartment.

He ran into the restaurant when it was already 7:45 a.m. He saw their manager was about to scold at Seohyun who just arrived before him. He walked towards them and bowed at their manager.

" I'm sorry I'm late..", said Jongin politely.

" It's ok.. It's just 15 minutes.. I'll forgive you.. But don't be late again..", said their manager that made Seohyun gasped.

" Manager, how about me?", asked Seohyun.

" Ok.. I'll forgive you, too.. But don't blame on me if you are late again..", said their manager but after smiling to Jongin.

" This is the first time she forgave me.. And it's weird that she treats you so kindly.. I smell something fishy..", said Seohyun. Jongin just smiled at her and went to change his uniform.

" Luna.. I think our manager likes Jongin..", said Seohyun gazing at their manager and Jongin talking happily.

" What? .. Eee.. It's impossible.. Jongin's too young for her..", said Luna.

" But take a glance at them. They are really happy..", said Seohyun.

Jinri, who was eardropping their conversion, took a look at the counter. She found their manager and Jongin were really closed to each other. Jinri just shrugged it off and ignored them.

While Jinri and Seohyun was taking a rest at the changing room, Jongin entered there with two cups of coffee.

When Jongin was about to hand a cup to Jinri, " One for me?", asked Seohyun.

" Hmm? .. Yes..", Jongin handed the cup to Seohyun.

" Thanks..", Seohyun gladly took it.

Jongin glanced at Jinri and found she was being uneasy for that. Jongin smirked silently and he knew what he should do.

" Seohyun, keep your hair neatly..", said Jongin and tucked the hair back to her ear.

Jinri really felt upset for seeing Jongin touch another girl. She got up from her seat and left the room. Jongin smiled for his success to make Jinri to be jealous.

Since Seohyun is pretty and young, not like their manager, Jinri couldn't help ... but to be jealous..
