Jinri P.O.V

As soon as the ambulance came, they carried Jongin into the ambulance. I went together with them while sitting beside the lying Jongin. I held his hand and preyed for him that nothing bad would happen.

Me : " I'm sorry.. Jongin... I shouldn't doubt you.. I'm really sorry... Please forgive me.. and don't leave me alone behind your back.."

While I was waiting outside the operation room, I saw Taehyung running towards me.

Taehyung : " Jinri, what happened?"

Me : " .. Taehyung.."

I hugged him tightly and shed my hiding tears in his chest. He patted me back to calm me down.

After I had cried a lot, I explained to him about all what happened.

Taehyung : " Why do they keep bothering you?"

Me : " I don't know either.. But this time is weird ... There were more guys than before... In my opinion, they all did it purposely..."

Taehyung : " So.. there may be someone behind their back.."

Me : " What do you mean?"

Taehyung : " There may be someone who asked them to do that .. "

Me : " But.. who is it? .. I don't think we have ..."

Taehyung : " Yes.. Maybe, your guess is right ... there is no other than .. Seulgi.."

Me : " It's impossible.. How can she.."

Taehyung : " She's the one who want you two separate the most.. And about the incident what happened in school.. Jongin said that it isn't truth.. Seulgi hugged him on purpose since she saw you.. So it may be her who asked them to kidnap you.."

Me : " .. But even if it was her.., she can't do like that to Jongin.."

Taehyung : " .. As I said, her target is just you.. But Jongin popped up between that case and tried to save you.. So they have no choice except to do that to deny their fault.. I think that's why.."

Me : " ... As a final result, it's still my fault why Jongin is being like that.."

Taehyung : " Don't blame yourself.. .. He'll be ok.."

After the operation, they set Jongin in a normal patient room. I sat beside the bed while staring at his filled wounds face. He haven't waken up yet. I didn't eat anything and just kept waiting for him to wake up. Taehyung told me to eat something but I kept refusing. Finally he gave me up and left me alone with the sleeping Jongin.

After a while, I heard the door was being opened harshly. I was so shocked for seeing Grandmom with her teary eyes. I quickly got up from the seat and bowed at her. She looked so broken for seeing Jongin's bad condition.

Grandmom : " What happened to him?"

Me : " Sorry.. It's all my faults.."

Grandmom : " You again?"

Me : " I'm really sorry.."

I fell on the floor because Grandmom slapped my face harshly and I had no energy to resist it. I couldn't do anthing and just shed my silent tears again.

Then I heard Taehyung calling my name with the shocked tone. He quickly rushed towards me and helped me to stand up.

Grandmom : " You're really a pain in the arse! First, you killed Kyungsoo .. Now, you tried to kill Jongin?!"

Taehyung : " Grandmom .. Plese mind your words.. She's not the one who made Jongin to be like that."

Grandmom : " What are you? Ah... You may be one of the boys, who she seduces.. Choi Jinri.. You're queen of Slut. In this young age, you can seduce many boys."

Taehyung : " Grandmom! You're really in the extreme. You don't need to tell her that much."

Grandmom : " Yah .. You're too young to say me like that, Rude guy."

Taehyung : " But--"

Me : " Stop... Taehyung, please stop.."

He heavened a sigh and ruffled his hair as a frustration. I looked at Grandmom straightly into her eyes.

Me : " .. Grandmom.. tell me.. What do you want me to do..?"

Grandmom : " ..Ok.. All I want to say is .. Get out .. Get out of our sight .. Get out of his life."

She said pointing to the unconscious Jongin. I felt like my blood stopped streaming at my whole body. Leaving Jongin is the hardest thing in my life.. Besides, he's now in the bad condition. How can I leave him like that...?

Me : " But .. he's still unconscious..."

Grandmom : " That's why I want you to leave. If not, he can stop you. I want no more reason."

Me : " .. I can't leave him like that.."

Grandmom : " You forget? Kyungsoo was already dead because of you. And now, Jongin almost dying because of you. .. Can you promise that he won't copy Kyungsoo's death? Would you let it be or leave? "

Her words made me puzzled. I don't know myself anymore. Am I that bad? .. Am I a Jinx for their family? ... Would Jongin die because of me .. like Kyungsoo ? .. Shall I leave now.. ?

I clenched my hands into the fists and shut my eyes tight. The final decision which I had was ...

Me : " .. I'll leave.."

Yes.. I had to leave ... for all ... for Jongin...

Author P.O.V

Since when Jinri decided to leave, she left the hospital and headed to her room, which is Jongin's imaging room. As soon as she arrived, she went to a corner and started crying.

All that night, she cried a lot until next day. After she had packed her stuff, she cleaned the room. She left an evelope at the kitchen counter before she left. She left to the bus station with Taehyung.

Taehyung : " You must leave?"

Jinri : " You know well why.."

Taehyung : " .. Ok.. I promise I will find out the truth about the person who did that to Jongin."

Jinri : " .. I believe you and .. I love you as my bestfriend .. I have no other than you ... who always optimise on me.."

Taehyung : " .. Come here for a while.."

Taehyung opened his arms for a bear hug and Jinri gladly accepted it. While they were hugging, Jinri felt like a water drop on her shirt.

Jinri : " Are you crying?"

Taehyung couldn't answer and kept crying like a little boy while hugging her tightly. When it was time the bus should leave, they broke their hug.

Jinri : " You're just like a kid.. Don't cry.."

Taehyung : " .. Ok.. I won't cry anymore .. since I believe that you will come back one day.."

Jinri didn't utter any words and just smiled at him. But in her mind, she already knew that she couldn't come back to this town, their school, Taehyung and .... Jongin...

After saying goodbye to him, Jinri left to the bus. As soon as she turned her back to him, her smile turned into the tears.

She finally left this land
where her tears laid ...

where she found a great friend...
