His concerns

Jongin P.O.V

When I went downstairs, I saw that girl cooking her own porridge at the kitchen. I quickly walked towards her and snatched the spoon from her.

Jinri : " Jongin.."

Me : " Where is Grandmom?"

Jinri : " She's going to the city for a while.."

Me : " What? ..... How can she let you stay alone?"

I murmured it myself but she could hear it. When I looked at her, I saw she was staring at me with her confusing eyes.

Me : " Ahh... I mean.. you're a patient.. So we shouldn't let you stay alone.."

Jinri : " I'm ok now.."

Me : " No.. Since your head was hit, you can pass out everywhere and everytime."

Jinri : " I'm really fine.."

Me : " Stop. Don't complain me anymore."

So she shut her mouth like a kid who was scolded by her dad. I smiled secretly while spinning the porridge with the spoon.

Jinri : " .. I'll do it myself.."

She tried to take the spoon from me. But I didn't let her do.

Me : " Tsk.. I'm doing it because I want to. So, don't bother me."

I held her both shoulders and pushed her to the dinning table. I made her to sit down at a chair.

Me : " Sit here and wait for the porridge."

Then I turned to cook again. I bet she was so confused at my reactions.

When we went to school, I grabbed her hand and wrapped around my waist while bicycling. She tried to take her hand back but I grabbed it back and held her hand to be adhesive on my waist.

On our way to class, I follwed her without losing her from my sight. But before we entered the class, she stopped her way suddenly. When I looked at the direction where she was looking to, I found Hana and Jiyeon who always bully her.

Hana : " I missed you.. Where were you going..?"

Jinri : " .. I'm sorry.. I had to hospitalize.."

Jiyeon : " Omo.. Why? .. Which part do you hurt??"

Jinri : " I'm already fine now.."

Jiyeon : " Really? ... So ... we can have fun now.."

Hana : " Yes.. Firstly, we want to start with this."

I was shocked that I saw Hana slapped that girl in the cheek. When Jiyeon raised her hand for another one, I rushed towards them and grabbed her hand to prevent to slap that girl. All of them shocked for my sudden interference.

Me : " Stop it. She only recovered for her injuries."

Hana : " Yah ... Your girlfriend is Seulgi , not her.. Why are you so protective?"

Me : " I have the responsibility to protect her since I'm her .... I'm her .. classmate. So stop bullying her. If not, I'll drag you two to the principle office."

The two girls glared at me and then to Choi Jin. After they had left, I turned to face that girl.

Me : " Are you living like that?"

Jinri : " ____"

Me : " Are you insane? Why are you so enduring all the pains? ... Perhaps, you have been bullied since you were in the U.S?"

Jinri : " No.."

Me : " So now why?!"

Jinri : " I have no one now! In here, there's no one who protect me. There's no one who share my pains! There are only people who want to bully me!"

As soon as she said that words, her tears fell down like a waterfall. I could feel her pains even from her tears and eyes.

Me : " You have Kim Taehyung."

Jinri : " ... But he's not you..."

I pulled her into my embrace and let her cry. I understood what she meaned. She needs me , not another guy... I felt she wrapped her hands around my waist ... like the first time, we hugged.

Jinri P.O.V

Teacher : " That's for all today."

Students : " Thank you, Sir."

After the class had dismissed, I glanced at Jongin's seat secretly. But I felt hurt when I saw the scene which I don't want to see the most. I saw Seulgi sitting on his lap while giggling together. They're really sweet couple which everyone admires.

Yes.. Jongin doesn't change... He cared for me just because he felt sorry for my accident. Nothing more.... I'm really hopeless girl .... for my love.

When we went back home, I decided to go back with the bus. Because I think I shouldn't float in his concerns. I should avoid him until he treated me like before ..... in the hating way.

Also at home, I tried not to face him. If he came one steps closer to me, I stepped back many steps away from him.

I want his cares and concerns but it was not good for all....

Author P.O.V

At the recess, Seulgi walked towards Jongin's seat and told him to go to the cafeteria. Jongin took a glance to Jinri who was still studying alone. So he refused the lunch with Seulgi since he wanted talk with Jinri privately. He was so confused why Jinri kept avoiding him. He wanted to know the exact reason from her. After Seulgi had left, there was no one in the class, except Jongin and Jinri. Jongin got up from his seat and approached Jinri.

Jongin : " Why don't you have lunch?"

Jinri : " I have no appetite."

Jongin : " But you shouldn't miss your meals. You can be dizzy.."

Jinri : " Why are you so caring about me? Whatever I happen, it's none of your business."

Jongin : " You're my business!"

Jinri : " Please don't care about me. I'm adult. I can take care of myself."

Jongin : " What's wrong with you?! I said I'm caring for you because you were hurt instead of me. But why are you avoiding me?!"

Jinri : " Because I'm afraid! I'm afraid of that because of your concerns, I'll fall for you more deeper!"

The tears were already placed on her cheeks. Jongin feels hurt whenever he saw her tears. Her tears is his weakness.

Little did he know, he pulled Jinri for a kiss on the lips.
