After a year of treatments, Madison's coming back to school bi*ches! ♥
__________________________________________________________________Madison woke up early this morning. Her white clock showed her that it was six AM. She wondered why hadn't she gotten up later. She never woke up as early as this and she needed more sleep. The sun wasn't even born yet. She looked around her bedroom, yawning and rubbing her eyes. Her room was pretty big. Two walls were painted pink, and the other two were painted light blue. She had her large cabinet with many clothes inside. Next to her bed was a huge shelf with books of all genres, but most of them were romance. Madison liked reading romance and action-packed novels. As many teenagers in the world, she hated books from school. Over her bed was a big plasma screen LG TV, and a guitar sat next to the bed. Madison had played the piano and a guitar since she was little. Her Apple laptop was on the commode next to her bed. It hadn't been turned off. Maybe she forgot to do that last night.
She got out of bed when she heard the sound that a computer makes when receiving a message. The screen of the laptop appeared and she saw a "New Message" blue sign on It. She hadn't used her lap top for a whole year. Mrs. Pommer, her therapist, wouldn't allow her. Now It was over. There wouldn't be any more treatments at all. No psychologists, no more mental hospitals.
Goodbye, sick life. Madison smiled. She was relieved.
She clicked on the sign at her laptop's screen and saw that the message was from Drake, and her eyes started shining. Drake Peterson had just messaged her. He cared about her. It was so nice to see that someone is actually loving you for real, she thought.
Drake: You're ready for the school? I was wondering If I could pick up you today at half past eight. Is that good?
Damn It! I totally forgot about school, but I set up the alarm. And here it is why... Madison rolled with her eyes and started typing her answer.
Madison: I'm ready. See ya!
I'm not ready, but I have an hour to get prepared.
She took a rubber band from her desk and tied her blonde, wavy hair into a ponytail when someone knocked the door. Who was that? She opened the door and saw an old lady in a blue and white uniform. It was her nursemaid Alyssa Sanchez. She had come from Mexico because of the job, and she was so sweet and childish. She had brown hair that was in a bun, and brown eyes. She held a plate full of vegetables-salad, Madison's favourite.
"Hola Madison, la muchacha hermosa!" Alyssa Sanchez said, with a huge smile on her face. Madison liked her sometimes, but not always. She hated her clothing style.
"Oh, It's you Alyssa." Madison smiled a little, ignoring her words in Spanish. "Just give it to me," she said quickly, and took the plate from Alyssa. She closed the door abruptly.
She sat on the chair and was eating her salad when she received another message. She got up and went to her laptop to read it.
Drake: Can't wait to see you babe!
I can't wait to see you too of course. Maddie didn't want to answer back. Let's make you excited and curious! Maybe I don't want to see you actually. She smiled.
After Madison finished her breakfast, she washed her hands and brushed her teeth. She watched herself in the mirror as she combed her admittedly gorgeous hair with a big, purple brush.
"I am beautiful," she told herself quietly. "But what am I doing?"
She ran to her room and opened her cabinet with just one question on her mind: what to wear? She hadn't asked herself this question in such a long time. She had just realized how poor she was. She had done all the treatments and had become depressed. She had gone through a lot and now believed that it was over. Finally. After a few minutes, Madison chose a nice, white, lace, knee-deep dress and put it on. Her father had bought it for her last Christmas. She was really surprised at the gift, but this was the first time she was actually wearing It. She looked at the clock. She had only half an hour before Drake arrived. Time was running so fast.
