Madison had felt desperate all the time she was at school today. She fastly ran out of the school after her last class ended. She wanted to blown away. She was hurt inside. She felt like dark was all around her. What have I done wrong? I can't escape from my past, even if I want to. She lost Drake, the one person she really needed, the one that trusted her. She should tell him about her past. Maybe this wouldn't happen. Maybe Drake would have been still with her and love her as he was before. This day was a crap to Madison. She wanted to call Drake and she desperately prayed he would forgive her.

Nervous, blonde girl opened the front door hard and almost hit to Alyssa who almost fell down. Maid murmured something on Spanish, but Madison couldn't hear her. She was in her world full of guiltiness. She has wondered what did she do wrong. Maddie got to her bedroom and locked the door. Then she jumped into her bed and took a pillow. She started crying like she hadn't never before. After a minute, she heard a knocking sound. Someone was in the hall, in front of her bedroom. She didn't want to open the door.

"Go away!", she shouted. "Whoever you are!", she added. Her eyes were full of tears.

She sat on the edge of her bed and tried to call Drake. There was no answer. He was ignoring her and she knew that. She lost him forever. It looked like everything went wrong after she came back to school. She lost even the hope, wish to get her friends back. Everything was lost. She though this is the end of her. She felt like some kind of a demon was possessing her body. She wanted to yell loudly.

Madison went to her Music folder and played Crown the Empire. She turned the music on and it was very loud. She couldn't remember the last time she did that, left her emotions free while listening to the metalcore music. She started throwing things all around her room and then put a hand over the face and crouched in the corner of the room. She started looking at the mess she'd made.

Someone knocked again. She heard her father Derek was calling her. She didn't want to answer him. He doesn't need to see how my panic attack looks like. I don't want to go to my boring therapist again.

And then she suddenly turned off the music. She realized she maybe wasn't all by herself. She had Katherine. At least she thought she had her. She locked her mobile phone and saw the number. I hope Katherine's number I have was right. I hope she will answer my phone call.

Madison started shaking after a minute passed. There was no answering. Katherine doesn't want to talk with me, so I am alone. I am alone. I am alone. She felt desperate lonely again. She felt like she was drowning in a dense water and sinking deeper and deeper. She remembered the dream she had. She had been drowning there, and even if she wasn't in the water now, she felt like it was reality, worst then a dream. When she wanted to tick the red light and stop calling Katherine, someone finally answered.

"Yes?" It was Katherine. It's really her! She knew I was calling and she picked the phone call. She trusted me again. "Who is it?", Katherine asked. Oh, so she didn't know I was the one who called her.

"Katherine, it's Madison." Maddie said sadly. Katherine could feel the pain that came out of her exhausted voice.

"Oh, Madison." She sounded surprised. She deleted my phone number, I see! Thank you Katherine. I really appreciate this, really. "So, why are you calling me?", Katherine said suddenly. Madison felt strange, but she needed to say how was she feeling about Drake.

"Drake found out", she said to Kate.

"Found out... what?", Katherine asked indifferently.

"About how I lost my virginities Katherine. He knows and..." Katherine stopped Madison.

"And what? You've called me? What can I do about that Madison?"

"Katherine! How can you act so hard with me? I need you! I'm alone and desperate here. I'm sorry for everything I've done. I know I wasn't a best friend to you, but I've never wanted to hurt you Katherine. Kate?", Katherine wasn't answering until Madison hadn't heard deeply breathing across the line.

"All right Madison. I want to believe you again, but it's really hard for my to understand you now. You hurt me a lot."

"I know Katherine, but I'm the different person now. I'm vulnerable Katherine, don't you see?" Madison's voice sound terribly desperate.

"Do you want me to come?" Katherine suggested. Madison was released.

"Oh, yes! Please! I thought you would never ask me that!", Maddie smiled softly.

Katherine came after twenty minutes. Madison was outside when she arrived. They decided to take a walk. Five minutes around them was sick, fathomless silence. No one was saying any word and it felt horrible weird. Before five months, Katherine and Madison had a lot of titles to talk about and know it seemed like all courage was gone.

"I'm sorry Katherine. I really am." Madison muttered.

"You said that like a billion times", Katherine spelled it sarcastically.

"I know, I'm sorry."

"Here it is again", Katherine said quickly. "And you know what?" Madison looked at her. "There was no time when I could catch that word out of your mouth before all those crazy stuff with the game happened. It looks like you really have changed", Katherine smiled softly. Madison felt better, but then she saw someone watching them.

"Katherine, is that..."

"Oh, yes it is. I think we should go back now. How did we even get this near to his house?" Girls started going when they heard a voice beside them.

"You won't say hello to me?" Madison turned her head noticed that black haired guy is coming closer to them.

"Hello Travis", Katherine made a huge smile on her face. Madison knew she was just pretending.

"Hi girls." He looked at Katherine first, but then he stopped his look to Madison. "How are you Madison? I heard you had the hard time in Mental Hospital", he smiled when his ocean blue eyes shine beautifully. He was gorgeous, but also older than them and Anna's brother too.

"I'm fine Travis. I hadn't known you were back in town", Madison tried to stay calm. Travis was not against her before, but she couldn't know what he felt after her sister died. If someone had to be mad at her, it was him.

"I came back yesterday. Europe, London is amazing", he said flirty. What to fuck is he doing? "But, I found something I have to give you. I think it's really important." Madison felt suspicious.

"What's that?" She asked curiously. He has never given her anything before.

"It's Anna's diary. She wrote a lot about the game you used to play, and all her feelings are there." Travis explained.

"I can't take that. It sounds very personal. I don't want to read it." Madison refused.

"Oh, you have to if you don't want police to get it. There's a lot of nasty thing about you too."

Madison realized what was he doing. He wanted her to suffer about all the mistakes she'd made. She suffered already in the Mental Hospital and she had it enough, but she didn't want Anna's diary to end in the police station. She agreed. Travis went inside and brought a blue flower-printed notebook with him. He gave it to Madison and after that horrible scene, Katherine and Madison came back. Black-haired girl had gone to hers home and Madison entered her bedroom, sat on the edge of the bed and opened the diary. She couldn't believe what was in there. It looked like Anna had known everything, every detail about the Heartbreaking Game.
