"Connor why can't you tell me why you broke up with me?! Dont I deserve that?" Daria spat the words at me. "I told you I can't tell you but its not you! Its me..." I feel guilty I cant tell her because Jude does not want anyone at school to know. Daria throws herself at me and kisses my lips, I do not kiss her back. I shove her away, "Stop!" I sternly say to her. I look over to see Jude staring at me, he runs off.
"Jude, wait!" I call after my boyfriend, I chase after him.
Jude slows to a stop and looks at me dead in the eye , "Connor just leave me alone! I can't believe you are still 'seeing' Daria! Even after coming out to your dad! What was that kiss anyways?" Jude looks back at me. A storm starts to roll in.
"Jude just let me explain please?," I grab his wrist lightly. "Let go of me!" Jude shouts and rips his arm away, "I thought I could trust you!" Rain starts to fall on the ground, heavy rain.
"Jude you can trust me I am your boyfriend! I'd tell you if you'd let me." I feel a warm tear stream down my cheek. I'm glad the rain is covering up my tears. Jude looks at me not noticing that I am crying. He continues to look at me, giving me a chance to explain.
"It all just happened so fast and I did not know what to do." My voice breaks. "I just... I did not kiss her I swear." Jude comes over and hugs me. "Shh Connor its okay. Why are you crying anyways?" He asks.
"You were really mad at me, I felt hurt," Jude wipes away my leftover tears. "Connor, I do trust you. I just can't stand seeing you with her. I love you." Jude looks into my eyes.
"I love you too."
