Continuing the France suffering by giving him chronic headaches from the Iron Harvests (Belgium has them too, but I don't have a solid design for him and France is more fun to put through shit)

Britain and British Empire
Hyperspecific headcanon time! Britain was originally supposed to be BE but because they had a childhood, they ended up not wanting to do the thing they were created for so they went to the fae that made them and tricked them into making another thing to become BE. This time, they made him fully grown so they don't develop pesky things like free will.
