Anica was dragged through the forest behind Jasper's house. He had a really good hold oh her wrists. Anica found it very difficult to walk like a normal person. She kept tripping.

Jasper was still talking, but Anica had given up a long time ago on trying to decipher what he was saying.

As they sped through the forest. Anica saw some headlights of cars in distance. The road wasn't that far away, but Jasper saw the lights too and stopped behind a tree. He pulled Anica close and put a hand over her mouth.

Anica bit his hand and Jasper slapped the side of her head with the butt of his knife. She stopped, blinking the stars out of her eyes.

The cars passed and Jasper continued onward to wherever they were going.

The brakes hardly made a noise as Derek stopped the car.

"What is it?" JJ asked.

Derek was squinting at his left side mirror.

"Does it look like there is someone moving through the forest back there?" He asked.

JJ swiveled in her seat and looked out the back window. Through the rain she could see a flashlight and two figures.

"Did you see them moving when we drove past them?"

"No."

Derek turned the car around and JJ radioed in to the other car.

"What if it's just some hikers?" Rossi asked.

"In this rain?" JJ pointed out.

As they drove back up the road the light once again stopped moving and disappeared.

"Hotchner, we have two suspicious figures in the forest. Heading south west. We're going to check it out." JJ said over the radio.

"Okay, we'll cover the house." Hotchner  said back over the radio.

Derek drove past where they last saw the light then killed his headlights and turned around. They stopped and climbed out. The light had started moving again.

The trio moved through the forest after the light the were a good 300 yards behind it but they were catching up fast.

Anica didn't bite Jasper's hand the second time a car passed. She was beginning to feel very trapped.

She had to remind herself that she still had her gun. It was just very frustrating to be dragged through a forest by a very not happy man.

Anica tripped and groaned.

"Ge oop!" Jasper yelled and pulled her to her feet.

"My ankle!" Anica limped. She defiantly sprained it.

Jasper groaned and continued to walk. Anica couldn't step on her right foot. She grimaced and tried walking but she ended up being dragged by Jasper. She slowed them down considerably.

Jasper said something under his breathe and went down into an empty ditch and walked down it for a while. The he turned and they walked out of the ditch.

Anica didn't pay attention the last seven minutes of walking. She was too focused on not letting the pain from her foot get to her.

She noticed when they entered the cave. Pretty soon the only light there was was the flashlight.

They got to the end of the cave and Anica could see a woman laying on the ground. The ground....

The ground was red. There was the deep red of dried blood and the red of newly spilt blood.

Jasper threw Anica on the ground. Then he stood there and took a deep breath. It was obvious to Anica that he was listening.

"An oo ot 'ear it?" He asked like he was perfectly at rest.

Anica listened. She couldn't hear anything but rushing water and a annoying drip.

Oo 'ear it?" He asked.

"Hear what?" Anica said.

Jasper groaned and tighten his hold on his knife.

Anica pulled out her gun. Jasper froze.

"Jasper. I don't wa-"

Jasper made a move and Anica fired her gun.
