she was worshiped like the sun
but kept secrets like the moon
her eyes glistened brightly like stars
freckles like constellations dotted her face
her body was like the vast universe
every curve, every edge still uncharted
our love was the big bang
bright and loud yet ephemeral
together we created beauty
but in the end we fizzled out
and burned up so much
we created a black hole
engulfing every memory of us
and in just a moment
my whole universe
disappeared
