Lou pulled up at a gorgeous hotel which was actually a restaurant aswell, the place was special because the whole hotel was a jungle theme, and in the restaurant there was a waterfall table where you sat in a room with gorgeous waterfalls around them, I gathered this was where Lou was going to take me. I acted as though i had no idea though, not wanting to spoil his surprise.

He had a brief word with the waiter, then we got led to our waterfall room. The entire room was filled with beautiful candles, and the waterfalls surrounding obviously. There was a single table with two chairs, a candle in the centre and bread rolls too snack on, Lou pulled my seat out for me, I sat smiling at how cute he was being. He sat across, ordering us a drink and a platter for us too share for our tea, assuring me I would love it. Conversation was flowing naturally, we laughed at old times we'd shared then tucked into the sharing platter, we also had a fortune cookie each although it wasnt a Chinese restaurant. My one read; 'there are two paths in life ahead of you, you will have to chose which is the best'. What the heck? I wanted something good not sad and worrying!

Lou's one said 'you will come into money within the next week' damn why didn't I get that one?! We sat chatting for another hour, time seemed to fly by, before we knew it, it was past 8 and I needed to be home for 9:30 as we had school tomorrow.

We left, Lou paid for everything he insisted it was a mans duty, bless him. We drove home still laughing and having a great time. We pulled up to my house and I got ready to say goodnight.

"Vic tonight was amazing" he said "your pretty amazing too" I watched his cheeks blush, which then made me blush further.

"You too Lou, thanks" I said unbuckling myself, he grabbed my hand and I somehow ended up extremely close to his face, so close I fealt the warmth of his breath, he left a lingering kiss on the corner of my cheek. We said farewell and I walked inside, positively glowing from my perfect date. Suddenly, I thought of Jack, why did he always manage to wriggle his way into my head inside my thoughts?

I'm the jealous type.

Oh shut up brain, I headed upstairs got my pyjamas on, said goodnight to Mom and got into bed. I checked my phone, too see I had a text from Jack and from Lou

I had the best night ever, sleep tight x

My head was split. Lou was so nice and considerate, but Jack was the forefront of my mind, always there, he captivated me something about him I couldn't let go off...
