Me and Mom sat down and anxiously waited for news from Dad, and also to tell Harry when he got home.

Where would poor little Jai go? What pushed Andrew too take his life? Why did Chloe and Sandra leave and cause this in the first place?

It was so weird too see what seemed like such a perfect, tight-knit family fall apart in the matter of weeks. What a cruel world we lived in. The door opened and there Harry was.

"Hey, urm what's up..?" He said, propping his skateboard up and coming into the front room.

"Chloe's dads killed himself" I said bluntly, not thinking. Harry's face dropped, he fell down onto the sofa.

"What? Oh my god as fucking, I mean flipping, if!" He rubbed his palms together, not knowing what to say.

"I know, it's awful, Dads gone round with next door, you know because they were cousins? And too see what the poor little lads going to do" I replied, we sat awkwardly silent. I didn't know what to do or where to put myself. Dad hadn't contacted us as of yet, we waited anxiously.

I decided to turn the tv on and take our minds off things. I switched The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air on, hoping to lighten the mood.

The phone rang, Mom immediately answered.

"Hello-" she spoke down the speaker. Then paused, turning whiter by the second, her face crumbling. "What...? I don't understand" she cried, I heard more muttering from the phone, she burst out crying and hung up. I ran over and hugged her.

"Mom whats happened?" She broke down more each second

"It's dad" she managed to get out.

WHAT

My heart ripped into two. What had I just heard.

"Andrew didn't take his own life. It was all ploy. A plan. He wanted Dad round there, so he could kill him" she cried, frightened. I was too. I broke down. Harry rushed over, holding me, although crying himself.

My dad got murdered. My best friend was gone. And I didn't have a clue why.
