Chapter 10

Naina's P.O.V

It had just finished raining, so I went outside to watch the sun set, while I waited for Rohan to come home. After calling him a couple of times a car pulled up in front of me.

"Well what is a beautiful lady like you doing out here alone?" I rolled my eyes at him and his worthless pick up line.

"I'm waiting for my husband, so take a hint and leave me alone!" I stated, pointing at my wedding ring.

"Oh married property." Did this joke of a guy call me someone's property.

"I am no one's property! Do you understand?" I said, standing up looking into his dark brown eyes.

Prem's P.O.V

I was on my way to my house from the airport, when I noticed the most beautiful girl I had ever seen sitting on a bench outside Vikram Singh's house.

I told the driver to stop the car then I stepped out and walked over to her.

"Well what is a beautiful lady like you doing out here alone?" But she just rolled her mesmerising hazel eyes at me. She had golden tan skin and silky brown hair. She didn't look like she was fully punjabi.

"I'm waiting for my husband, so take a hint and leave me alone!" Ooh feisty with an English accent.

"Oh married property." She did not look at all amused at my comment

"I am no one's property! Do you understand?" She said standing up and looking into my eyes.

"Sorry wrong word. My name is Prem by the way." I held my hand out for her to shake it but she just folded her arms and looked away.

"Naina." She huffed.

"Well Naina, it was a pleasure meeting you." I said taking a bow.

"I wish I could say the same." She muttered.

"Well then say it." I said. She looked at me confused.

"What?" She said.

"Well you made a wish that you could say the same, I am a genie and I grant you a wish, now say it." She looked so puzzled and the expression on her face was priceless. Her mouth was open slightly, while her eyebrows were knitted together in confusion.

"Tu stupid hai kya?"(are you stupid or what?) She asked about to burst out laughing.

"Nahi Naina ji mein toh mental hai!"(No miss Naina im mental) That caused her to burst into fits of laughter. I know she is married but the sight of her smile was breathtaking. WOW!

"Pagal." She said while laughing. I really couldn't get over how stunningly innocent and angelic she looked. She was the definition of beautiful. Her laughter died down, making her smile turn into a frown as she sat back onto the bench. It made my stomach churn.

"What's wrong?" I asked sitting besides her.

"Nothing, it's just that I'm getting worried about him." Just the mention of her husband made my hand clench in a fist shape. Plus how could he be out so late without informing her. How could anyone want to be out late when they have a wife like her. Not just her beauty but just her laughter, her smile, the way she speaks. How could anyone live knowing that they turned her smile into a frown.

"Prem?" She said shaking my arm. Her touch made my arm all tingly.

"Are you okay?" She asked.

"Yeh I am fine. Don't worry." I said with a smile.

"Well I have to go and check on Kavya now so I guess I will see you again some other time." She said getting up and tying her loose curls into a pony tail.

"Kavya?" I asked. She just said a name, I wanted to know if it was like her daughter or something, I mean she looks a little young to have a daughter.

"Kavya is my sister-in-law." She said with a smile the walked into the house. I didn't know Vikram uncle had a son, or a daughter named Kavya.

I got back into the car and went home to see my pagal brother and sister who complete my pagalness if that's a word.

Kavya's P.O.V

I came out of the shower and put on my pajamas, then I went to check my phone. There was one missed call and two messages from AJAY!!

I quickly unlocked it and read the messages.

A: Hey Kavya r u busy tomorrow evening?

A:Meera and Karan invited us to hangout.

Oh my god he wants to hangout.

K:Sure it sounds lyk fun. Wat time?

Like 10 seconds later he replied.

A:I'll pik u up @ 6

I waited a while before replying. What I didn't want to sound desperate.

K: k that sound great. See u then bye :)

A:bye goodnight ;)

He just sent a winky face, but what does that mean. Does he like me or maybe it was just a friendly gesture. Wait does that mean that he just wants to be friends. No Kavya your thinking to much, he wants to hangout that means something.
Oh my god! What am I going to wear? Eww why am I thinking like this, it feels so wierd. I have never felt like this.

"He wants to hang out!" I shouted by accident. I got up and started jumping around, just when babhi walked in.

"Um Kavya are you okay?" I nodded quickly.

"Okay well I just came to say goodnight. It's late so you should go to sleep." She smiled cautiously.

"Is bhai back?" She shook her head.

"Really? But it's 11pm he should be back." I started getting worried.

"Don't worry he will be fine you just go to bed." I nodded and got into bed. I fell asleep with a smile on my face.

He wants to hangout!

Poor Naina is worried about Rohan, while he is with Heer?!

Kavya is gonna 'hangout' with Ajay. I have no idea why that was in inverted commas ;)

Okay I'm sorry ignore that, it's late so I'm a bit off!
I'm gonna shut up so you guys can carry on with your lives, I know you must be getting bored.
