The Skype Call

Dan's POV:

I text Phil almost everyday now. He's just amazing. He's funny, cute, and so fucking hot. And we both like the same things and ever since I started talking to him I've been cutting less. It's been almost 5 days and I haven't cut. I know it may not seem that long but it is for me. I used to cut everyday if not a couple times a day.

Once I accidentally sent him a kissy emoji but I played it off that it was next to a different emoji in my recents.

We've been talking for almost a week and we decided to Skype each other for the first time. This is gonna be so awkward. I've been counting down the hours, minutes, seconds...... I should be receiving a Skype call any second no- oh my gosh here it is!!!! I hope I look good enough.

                    ~Skype call~

"Hey Phil! This is so awkward. Or maybe it's just me. I'm really awkward." I slightly tug at my sleeves to make sure my scars are covered.

"Dan, everyone knows your awkward. And yea it's just you. This is so exciting though!"

I smile. "I can't believe I'm talking to you. Like actually face to face. Well, face to camera to face" I laugh. Oh shit my laugh. I've always hated my laugh. I cut my laugh short and cover my mouth.

"I like your laugh. Don't be embarrassed! And I just had a crazy idea. What if we actually met up one day? I mean we both live in England! IT COULD HAPPEN!"

I start laughing again. "That would be so fucking cool! Shoot sorry I know you don't swear. But oh my fluff that would be amazing. We should, for like, real. I don't even have to ask my mum. She doesn't even really pay attention to me."

His smiles fades. "I'm sorry."

"No, it's fine, really. I have you."He looks down and blushes.

"Well I have to go. Sorry this was short, but dinner is ready. We should definitely plan to meet though. I'll ask my mum! Bye!"

"Bye!" I end the Skype call.

I close my computer and fall back onto my bed. I can't believe I just Skyped Phil Lester. And I can't believe we might actually meet up!!!! I grab my pillow and scream into it.

I think about how much he has helped me. Even thought he is through a computer screen, I still love him.
